Staff was very courteous. The rooms were clean and the Dr was really friendly and made my anxious dog feel calm. They have decent pricing and I was able to get an appointment for the following day. Definitely recommend this practice to keep you furry ones healthy.

My kitty, Pepper was boarded there for 10 days. He was well taken care of and was in great hands while I was out of town. Reasonably priced and kind customer service! Highly recommend!

When we were able to get an appointment the service was good. There have been three separate occasions over the past two years when our appointments were either dropped from their system or they were not able to see our dog for over a week when we had a pressing need. Most recently we got a call to confirm an appointment and then when we arrived they told us they had no record of our appointment.

My cat was acting in a way that was starting to worry me and this vet was the only vet who would see me in such short notice! Not only did they listen to my concerns, the staff there was very nice and helpful. Everyone was gentle and kind to my cat as she was getting checked. Even though the worrying was not fun, I am grateful to have found such a wonderful vet through it! :)

My first visit was amazing. They took amazing care of my cat. For the amount of work they did on him the price was really good. I definitely recommend coming here for any problems you’re having with your pets.

North Shore has cared for our dogs with the greatest of compassion. They have helped in emergency situations as well.
Most recently, we brought a bearded dragon that we found in the wild, and they looked him over and advised us to turn him over to animal services. All I had to do was sign the paperwork, and they took it from there.
I have been very pleased with all my interactions with North Shore Animal Hospital.

My first visit was good I guess cause it was new. My second visit I called to come in cause my 4 year old cat was throwing up continuously.. They gave him antibiotics and a shot to stop him from throwing up and home we went .. I called back after looking at my receipt cause they gave him flea meds which he was not do until a month and had questions.. The young girls at the front desk kept answer ( I don't know, I don't know) everytime I asked a question. So by then I asked to speak to the vet herself.. Well HALEY got on the phone and acted like she was the vet and I can her the girls laughing in the back ground and even on the phone with me..! So I googled to see the name of the vets and she was not one. She worked the front desk.. I called back the next morning to speak to the vet herself @8:00 am, spoke with an older lady who said she would give her the message and call me and no one ever did..!! Horrible horrible customer service at the front office and can't believe I did not get a call back from the vet..!! Never returning back to that office..

I absolutely love this place. I can't say enough about the owner and her staff! I have been going there for atleast 5 years and won't trust anyone with my fur babies. They are family owned and operated, and it feels like it. I used to love seeing Tracy's mom walk around the clinic when she was alive ? They know me and my fur babies by name and take such good care of us. Thank you a million times.
