All star experience from Candice! Excellent customer service. She was able to accommodate me with multiple quotes on multiple vehicles and adding drivers. Wonderful, efficient service! Progressive was charging me a fortune. Candice quoted me less for 2 vehicles full coverage through Statefarm than 1 vehicle with full coverage through Progressive. I switched immediately. I was a 6 year customer of Progressive.

I recently inquired about getting a car insurance quote.Karen Ramirez was my assigned agent and she was very helpful. I inquired about this in late Jan and had planned to get insurance through them for Feb. I had forgot to cancel my old insurance in time before my Feb insurance was auto paid. So I mentioned that I wanted to do it for March. When we got closer to end of Feb. Karen followed up with me and we got my new policy set up very quickly. I am saving money by switching as well.The process was easy and Karen was very pleasant to work with.
