Sneaky and doesn't explain clauses in plans before signing. Agents should be upfront with unforeseen situations and clauses. Them being deceitful has now cost me $70k. So disappointed.

I am so beyond grateful for Stephanie Howell at Nash insurance. Earlier this year she saved us $800 on our home and auto policies, AND got us better coverage. While it’s amazing to save money, anyone who just lived through Hurricane Ian knows that the coverage is the most important part. Our home and cars were damaged (like everyone else in Cape Coral) and both American Integrity for our home, and Travelers for our vehicles, have been wonderful to work with through this crisis. Nash has honest and hard working agents that go to bat for you, and always make sure that it’s YOU they are looking after. I can’t recommend them enough.

When it comes to insurance agents, knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated would be some of the words I would use to describe Monica FI came to the Nash agency after being totally frustrated by another insurance agencies that literally left me out to dry with almost no coverage. Getting the kind of coverage I needed as well as working with Monica was an excellent experience.

This agency is worthless. A different answer every time I call for the same basic question. One day you put in a claim and get the run around with the insurance company so someone from Nash tells you they will help you sort it out. You then provide information that was requested to then get that info forwarded to another person at Nash. This prompted and email saying they don't do anything, I must contact my insurance company! What does this worthless excuse of a human think I have been doing? On other occasions, I have been told I couldn't get a different company due to a past claim. I rather have no insurance than deal with these idiots!

I specifically work with Lorrie Helsel, any time I need a cheaper rate for a borrower or if I need a response quickly she is on top of it.
