Hunter and everyone working there, was extremely helpful with our battery issue. He resolved the problem quickly and with an extremely friendly manor. I recommend this auto part store over any other store in the area.

Shout out to Wesley and the other young gentleman working the counter who were thourough and accommodating as concierges at a fine hotel. I had been riding my bike stopping at various auto shops failing to Locate the parts I needed in stock.(or even at a reasonable price)They swiftly And affordably found everything I needed to get my truck running again. And given that I am new to the area, they even took it upon themselves to bring up a map of the area and help me with directions as I had to bicycle home with a dead phone.With a standard of service such as this I will surely return for all future autoservice.

Anthony went through the whole inventory trying to find the right fuel pump for the vehicle because the one that he pulled that the computer said was it, wasn't! So he went through every fuel pump he could find in the store and found the correct one even though it wasn't listed! But he was determined and found it!!!

Don't expect this store to honor lifetime warranty on belts without a receipt showing that you purchased the belt from THIS store. The NAPA lifetime Gates belt warranty ONLY applies to the store you bought the belt from- so if you buy a belt when you are out of town, you are out of luck when you get home and vice versa. Apparently the warranty is at the sole discretion of whatever person is at the parts counter. Nope, no more paying double price for the peace of mind of never needing to buy the belt again... I will never go to this store again- and will not buy NAPA "lifetime" belts for my trucks any longer. Thanks NAPA for cheating your dealers on returns of defective parts. I left my belts with the "dealer" so they probably can return them for credit anyway- buyer beware. The cheat is on.

My Battery died at Grocery store, I called NAPA and Devon was so helpful. Got me all hooked up. Would definitely use them again.

Napa Auto on Palm Beach Blvd is always a wonderful experience! The staff is always helpful and the gentlemen there go above and beyond the responsibilities of the job requirements to help me. As a Woman they roll your parts out and make it easier as some parts are heavy. Thanks East Fort Myers Napa you all are SPECTACULAR!
