“We were impressed with the overall business model. Our first visit was to review the furniture items being moved. It involved a brief conversation and discussion of some of the important pieces. Maybe 20-30 minutes tops. The estimator knew the exact number of boxes we would need even though we were handling the packing of same. Our proposal was received the same day. We had one other bid that was $200 less but Ray's came through with an itemized list of our belongings. Aside from a few minor changes we made, Ray's proposal package provided a complete picture of what we needed. We requested crating and the day of the move they showed up prepared. Our team consisted of the 3 J's (highly recommend these 3) and they were awesome, professional and respectful, engaging and all 3 had a great sense of humor. We had a great day together. We watched the 3 work independantly but supported each other. There was never an idol mombent. The truck was a great set up as well (maybe hydraulics), very impressive and we were not concerned about the road trip. At the end of the day, we were thrilled to have worked with Ray's team and would recommend their services any time.”

“Act of class truly is an act of class!!! They were amazing. We highly recommend. Our elevator in the building we were moving from, broke down the morning of the move. The team carried everything down 4 flights, without complaint, nothing broke! The price is very reasonable. The owner and his team were extremely pleasant and accommodating. If we ever move again, they are the moving company we would go to!”
“Very happy I hired MME. I called them “my angels” because I needed them at a very specific day and time and they made it work!My valuables were treated with the best care and they worked efficiently.Only issue—- the invoice that was emailed was $150 higher than I was originally quoted over the phone and when I called to ask why he did say “well you need a truck, right?” So just ask more questions. Yes I need a truck and I assumed that was included in my original quote.I would still hire them again. They are professionals.”

“Getting everything packed was a long process, but moving with UPACK was a breeze. From my initial call about pricing to the final pick-up of the trailer, it could not have been any better! Pricing is fair, customer service is incredible, and delivery and trailer pick-up were simple and timely. The trailer was clean and did not leak! We were loading while tropical storm Debby was nearing our location, delivering several days of showers and wind.
My only issues were with the bulkhead locking mechanism and the ramp. Both were banged up and needed repair, but they could be convinced to cooperate.
I still give UPACK five stars because their service overcame the minor imperfections of some of the equipment. I recommend this company for a thorough, safe, competent moving experience.
Now I'm on to unpacking and figuring out where to put all of this stuff!”
“We had part of our household packed and stored by Suncoast Moving & Storage since the place we moved to was quite smaller. They came and packed our framed pictures and glass tables and our big pool table (we had someone disassemble it) as well as leather sofas and exercise equipment. That was almost 8 years ago.The exercise equipment we got out and delivered after a short time and the rest stayed with Suncoast.Finally after losing our house in the hurricane we found a place again where we also had space for our stored furniture.I emailed Suncoast and we were able to schedule the delivery very quickly.The furniture arrived at the time we scheduled and nothing was missing or broken (I had a list of my inventory from back than). Everything was clean, dry and had no smell!The delivery drivers were very helpful, friendly and very attentive to our belongings and our home.I would recommend Suncoast for any moving and/or storage needs. Very professional, clean and friendly!”
