Absolutely OUTSTANDING experience! Monster Grip Movers loaded my rental truck and it was packed to perfection. Nothing shifted in the truck for 1,300+ mile drive! Well done team! Jessie and his team are fantastic. I used monster grip to move our furniture etc… to storage and back while we had renovation work done. The work they did was high quality and as promised. Jessie is honest/straightforward and easy to work with. He is a self starter who has built a small business by working hard. I would recommend monster grip to anyone! Can’t say enough good things about my experience.

Your pricing was not the issue. I would've given you the business for the hourly rate. You were rude, unprofessional, and didn't want to explain the price. You were changing as you were going. $95 per hour or $190 flat rate, with a 1 hr minimum. I explained to you, I only had 3 pieces of furniture and would only take about an hr or less to move, you wanted to force me into choosing the flat rate. And the audacity to say that the hour would begin before you get to my residence which every other mover past and currently, would begin time upon arrival. It only makes common sense to do that. I don't know if you're stopping at 711 on your way. Instead of you answering a couple of questions, you explained you wouldn't go back and forth with explanation of prices because you're the CEO and I could find someone else to help, and hung up on me when I wasn't rude nor disrespectful. I AM CEO. I had to ask you in the beginning of the conversation to not be disrespectful by continuously talking over me while I was asking for an estimate. Your 1 star is very appropriate and if I could give 0, I would have. Your customer service is unacceptable.

This company did a great job on our recent move. Jessie, the manager, did a very good job communicating and answering questions before move day. We used Monster Grip Moving for our local move in Estero this weekend. They were absolutely AMAZING!! From the beginning first phone call they made everything easy and painless. On move day we had Don,Rico, and Paul. These guys really know how to work!! We had a house and garage filled to the brim with heavy awkward things so it was not an easy job. All the guys were very careful and wrapped and took apart everything with care. The biggest rave about these guys is how well they can pack!! They were able to fit two 28ft moving trucks worth of stuff into a 20×14ft storage unit. We had rented an extra storage unit that day because we were really thinking that not everything would fit. They took the extra time to really pack the big storage unit so we were able to save money and not have to keep the extra unit. Thank you so much we highly recommend this company and those 3 guys!!Service: Local moving

When I got a new bedroom set delivered to my two-story townhouse and realized how heavy everything really was, I had no idea how I was going to get the pieces upstairs to my bedroom, let alone set it up. Jesse and Don - and Monster Grip Moving Co. - saved the day! I reserved a two hour block for the internal move (apparently, that's what it's called - who knew???). I was able to schedule them on Memorial Day, too, and they showed up on time and got the job done fabulously quick and easy - INCLUDING moving the furniture upstairs, setting everything up, and disposing of all the packing from the furniture after they were done - and well before the two hours were up. Professional, personable, and reasonably priced, I was exceptionally pleased by every facet of their service and will definitely give them a call next time I need a mover. VERY satisfied!! I have used Monster Grip Moving at least 6 times in this past year. Jessie and his crew are great! They have handled every item — heavy or delicate with care. The set everything up perfectly in my home. They have great work ethic and great personalities. They do their best to get me in EXACTLY when I need them to be somewhere. I cannot say enough good things about them.

I have hired this moving company twice, once for moving a heavy price of furniture I had purchased and again for a full home move out and move in! They did an awesome job on both occasions! I have used many moving companies in my lifetime and Jessie and his company are bu far the best I have ever had the experience of working with! They are very professional, prompt and efficient in both loading and unloading my furniture! I would definitely is this company for any of my moving needs! They are Awesome!!!
