I’ve dealt with this company three times now so I have a good sample size for my review. The first service we got, it was a man who scheduled the glass appointment over the phone. Showed up to the appointment like normal, and was told that no one was available to work on the car because it was supposed to be a *mobile* service, where they come to you. Of course, he didn’t mention this extremely important detail over the phone, so it was time wasted. Second service went well. Third time, a man booked it over the phone again. Showed up like normal, confirmed twice the day, time AND it being an in-person service, only to find out that no one was there to work on the vehicle and that it was booked for another day, which it wasn’t. If you get a man on the phone handling your booking, hang up immediately. Only ask to book with one the girls who seem to have a grasp of things. You will save yourself so much time.

Had my windshield installed 1/24/24 at the shop, around early March I noticed it wouldn't come clean no matter what product I used so I contacted the company and they immediately sent a technician out to inspect and said if I. Wasn't happy they would replace it ! WHAT and on 3/21/24 I got a new one. Can't say enough about this company and the over the top employees. Thank you Joyce ?

Today I had service from MAG Mike’s auto glass today 1/18 /2024. I had to get the whole windshield replaced and I heard this was the best company to do so after he installed the glass he did not inform me that he smirked black glue on my front fender on the driver side so after he left, I went outside to check his work and found this unacceptable. Didn’t even clean up after work. Now I have to clean up after his mess. Unacceptable.

Austin installed a windshield on my 2001 Silverado, just painted and did a awesome job and was very careful while installing. Great experience and will be sure to tell my friends.

I’d like to share my recent experience with windshield replacement on my car.It was complicated since the car was badged as a Buick allure but it was really a Buick lacrosse since that model was changed over mid year. The guys took all our details, ordered the windshield and promptly arrived after a long drive to install the windshield the next day. It was the Wrong windshield through no fault of theirs! They reordered the next day and arrived again for the install. Did an excellent job. Even better they stayed with their original quote even though the second windshield was more money. They spent allot of time on this and we could not have been happier with theservice.Thanks again mikes auto glass for doing an exceptional job!Henry gallant

The windshield on my car cracked as a result of a mishap. As a result, I went to Mike’s Auto Glass. They assisted me in the process with my insurance company and installed a new windshield on my car. They were efficient, friendly and professional. I certainly recommend them for your auto glass needs.
