Haley is absolutely amazing to work with. I had some questions about the insurance endorsement I would need to rent an event space and she talked me through my questions and general confusion about the whole thing. Customer service was very unprofessional and rude Call to make some changes To my auto plan spoke with Haley About this matter and she informed me About what needs to take placed in order to do so I didn’t Totally agree with this process, but I understood for the most part we go back and forth on it at this point I can tell she has a attitude and becomes rude and before Proceeded to end the call I say ok I will give a call back and she just ends the call how rude
