A worker named 'Alladin' at this location is an awesome Customer Support Specialist!! He not only took the time to resolve my initial issue, he corrected other major issues that were causing my phone to not ring etc...he was very helpful and kind!! We appreciate you Alladin!!

1.a) ☆☆☆excellent response by manager/owner to help me work through the problems listed below.1.b) have used this store for ☆☆☆three years with better service than what is listed below. In fairness I believe the store is good and will resolve my problems which may be Metro corporate marketing. I just don't understand why my Google platform is not primary on my phone. I understand the settings but can't find them.1.)This store "possibly" doesn't respect your platform choice.2.)Uncomfortable asking for help there.Feel as though they don't respect your understanding of the product and service.3.)Seems they only want to populate your phone with Metro products, while saying they respect the Google platform and your choice to use Google as a primary platform ?
