Experience with Sales was seamless -The gentleman, Gil, who delivered the chair to me was fantastic! Professional, careful in his delivery into the home, thorough in explaining operations of chair and the details of return - and very very kind and wishing me well in my upcoming surgery - a wonderful gentleman and great service representative.I’d easily recommend MDS.

Just purchased my third Golden lift chair from them. The product is excellent but the customer service is even better. Chad my salesperson made the purchase very easy and pleasant. You can’t go wrong using MDS for all of your needs. Gil Just delivered my new lift chair and removed the old one. He and his helper had a tough job as we are on the second floor. Everything went flawlessly including the setup of the new chair. Gil is a pleasure to deal with and a real gentleman.

My Mom recently had a hip revision. I came to town to help find her a lift chair. We purchased the Golden chair and love it. Chad at MDS Medical was a huge help! He was knowledgable and patient with the demo and answered all our questions. The chair was delivered within a day. Another person to thank was his professional, energetic delivery driver G Hernandez. Mr. Hernandez was careful bringing the chair in and took extra time to answer any questions. Thank you, Fort Myers MDS medical. We will be back.

Had an issue with a medical chair. First Chad walked me thru the mechanics to identify the problem. Then Gil, the Tech contacted me immediately and tried to rectify the issue over the phone. He promised to come to my home at the end of the day. He did and was wonderful identifying the issue; checking for all systems and leveling the chair before he left.Gil is a true professional and represents the Medical Department Store so well. He is pleasant; on task and knows his profession so well.Thank you MDS!

A broken leg and gradual recovery included the need for a trip here. It was easy to find, the service was immediate and complete and I was very happy with the result. Pricing was actually less than I expected, accessories were attached before leaving the store, and a quick look see at the rest of the store indicated a good inventory.
