I bought a bed in box for my rv. It is standard queen. Scott was awsome Giving info, to loading it in my car for me. Very nice person and spent alot of time in helping me with my purchase for my husband with neck issues. I will come back for sure and send customers too. Thankyou so much!?

I want to say thank you so much to Justin , he was the best sales man in the world. He was so patient and he never pressured us at all. Because of him, we ended up buying and doing shopping & business with you guys. Justin, your manager/salesman was very cordial and extremely knowledgeable about your products. He was extremely easy to do business with and he went the extra mile for us. It’s nice to know that some companies actually care about veterans and first responders. My brother and I are retired and on fixed incomes ( after 46+ years w/DA and 37+ years w/VA state police). It’s nice to know someone still cares. Thanks so very much Justin, for caring and for super excellent service!

Do not buy online.when you get it it the pain begins.30 day trial then exchange 500 mattrees turns into a exchange plus another 900 for us.we have another beautyrest back in 2017 which was wonderful but they stopped making it

Was at mattress city sales people ignored me after 15 minutes left 1 block down saw Matress Firm walked in and was immediately greeted. The sales lady answered all my questions and was able to buy 2 beds great service.

If you’re looking for a new mattress this is the place to go. Scott was great and wasn’t push at all. Gave us time to look and decide on the mattress that was best for us. The delivery guys were great, very professional.
