Great first night sleep in our new mattress! Mike and Karen Murphy were knowledgeable, understanding and accommodating! Seamless delivery and take away all within 90 minutes! HIGHLY recommended!!! Went to the other big store and was basically ignored and mattresses were THREE TIMES HIGHER $$$. Already told a friend in Wisconsin about Mattress by Appointment!

This place is amazing! I was looking for a king Mattress for my in-laws and Karen and Mike were there to support me and helped me find the best option! Also, it was delivered the same day! I recommend them 100%. Best customer service and professionalism I have ever seen from a mattress store.

I give Mike and Karen an A++++!! This was by far the best experience given the excellent service provided by the entire family! From Mike setting the appt and attending to us to Karen sending courtesy text messages and topping it off with their sweet young son helping with the delivery. Talk about a collaborative effort! Love and Compassion at Mattress by appointment is more important than a mattress sale. Thank you, forever grateful. I had to buy 3 mattresses but I was only able to afford 2, I have a Mentally ill son and have priorities, I purchased 2 mattresses for my sons, I decided to continue sleeping on an air mattress. On the scheduled delivery day Mike the owner not only delivered my 2 purchased mattresses but a 3rd King size mattress for me as a gift. Forever grateful.
