This place is horrible. The customer service is non existent. The least you could do is act like you care, but they can’t even manage that. They have forgotten to fill my prescription multiple time, had late deliveries, and given me completely incorrect information over the phone that they blamed on a “floater” pharmacist.I will never use them again, and if you care about getting your medication in a timely manner I would suggest you use a different pharmacy.I wish I could give them zero stars, they don’t even deserve one.

I have been a MMCP patient for the past 4 years since I moved from NY. I am a Type 2 diabetic and the staff have gone above and beyond to sync up my medications (11 meds to be exact) and provide the best customer service a senior like myself can ask for. I am able to speak with a pharmacist if I have questions about my meds or side effects I am experiencing. They have even exceeded expectations by calling my primary doctor to alert of possible reactions. I would recommend Mail-Meds to anyone that wants to stay on track with their medication adherence. Wonderful, courteous and knowledgeable staff!

I was receiving meds from this pharmacy for approximately 3 years. We were advised by a family member that works for this pharmacy, to utilize this pharmacy My husband a few months ago went to pick up my meds and was informed by the head pharmacist that they will no longer fill my script as they no longer will honor family discounts. My husband questioned why, Informed by pharmacist that Mail Meds was bought out by another company and they changed the rules. Which my husband thought was odd. Next month My physician sent a script to Mail Meds, no problem at that time. I called Mail Meds to find if there was any issue filling my script and just in case there was an issue with family discount I gave them my credit card number to have on file. The pharmacist I spoke to said there was no problem and was confused by the info my husband received from the head pharmacist. She agreed to take the credit card number and it seemed like no problem. I was then notified by my doctors office that Mail Meds refused to fill my med( control med) that many generics I have a problem with, but Mail Meds carries a generic that I can tolerate without difficulty. That’s why I utilized Mail Meds in the first place. Many other pharmacies don’t carry this brand. Mail Meds insinuated to my doctor that there was a problem filling my script, another words I was abusing my meds. I have received this med for several years and had never had any pharmacy insinuate they had a problem filling my script. My doctor knows me very well and never questioned that I had an issue with abuse.I called Mail Meds to find out why they refused to fill my script and why they insinuated I was abusing meds. The tech I spoke to told me to wait a moment and put on a man from upper management, who told me that due to our family member being angry at my husband and I, he requested my script no longer be filled by Mail Meds. That family member works for Mail Meds, but works in a different building, so when my husband picked up my meds, he never saw that family member nor did he attempt to ever interact with that family member.I was livid, after being lied to numerous times by Mail Meds, finally the truth came out. So I suggested Mail Meds could deliver my meds if this was viewed as an issue as it is Mail Meds. The man said he would discuss with others, that was a possibility or would connect with another pharmacy to fill my script and would get back to me quickly. Well a week went by and nothing. I scrambled to get ny script filled as it was overdue. I finally found a pharmacy that had my meds and would fill the script. Ten days later I received a message from Mail Meds to speak to me. I thought enough I’ve had it with their lying, lack of assistance, and how unprofessional of the family member who requested they not fill the med. Not a professional, moral, or ethical employee nor are the others that lied to me. It has been extremely difficult to get the meds that I need. If this family member chose to make my life difficult and to manipulate his employers he did a great job. What an untrustworthy pharmacy. I would never recommend to anyone.

I get injections sent every month to my doctors office for the past year and they always are sure to call me for my next appointment so they can send my meds before hand. Always on time never had a problem at all. Love this place!

Partnered with my doctors office this delivery service is not efficient and has failed to deliver 3 prescriptions for me. My health and livelihood depends on these medications. Reps do not deliver what is promised and if you take your health seriously I do not recommend using this company for any reason

There have been multiple times that they “forgot” to fill my prescriptions. This is the second time I’ve had to change a medical appointment because of blood tests after starting new meds. If they didn’t with hand in hand with my social worker I’d prefer Walmart that sends a text and calls and fills it within an hour of my dr sending a scrip. Everyone is nice when I call but someone is seriously dropping the ball. I need to call Tampa family pharmacy….

They are good but lately have been serious problems with refills. They will contact you telling you that there are no refills left and that they have contacted the Doctor. But in reality they have not reached out to the Doctor. They help you with copays but that alone is not worth the headache the put you through. Please find another pharmacy

They are good but lately have been serious problems with refills. And they have an office inside the CAN METRO building. And they never sync up the medications or help you with contacting your doctors.

Horrible, they are all about making their profit they truly dont care about the patients. They LIE AND MAKE EXCUSES TO COVER THEIR LIES. I wouldn't trust them with my worse enemies medications or even my dogs. Get your stuff together as you guys need more reorganization.

Update: Mail order meds. I've had them over a year. I've had some issues in the past with getting meds timely every month, but they have called and promised to take care of the problem, so I'm hoping things will be looking up.
