My experience was terrible, since I paid almost $200 for a permanent straightening and my hair was horrible, it seems that the owner of this place does not know how to do a straightening or does not have the appropriate treatment, I have already had two permanent straightening treatments in NY before and I have never had this bad experience, the truth is that I am not at all happy with this Salon, I suggest to the owner that if she is not sure of the work that is being asked of her, she should be honest with the people and tell them clearly that she does not know how to do the job. work or that she does not have the appropriate treatment since it hurt me to pay that large amount of money, and I did not see good results in my hair, she repeated the treatment for the second time but it still did not help and I was already embarrassed I will return for the second time to show you how horrible my hair turned out. The next time someone suggests this service, please be honest and explain what kind of treatment you are doing, Mrs. LYDIA!

Mi experiencia fue pésima, ya que pague casi $200 por un alisado permanente y mi cabello quedí³ horrible , parece ser que la propietaria de este lugar no sabe aser un alisado o no tiene el tratamiento adecuado, ya me avia echo antes dos alisados permanentes en NY y nunca me avia pasado está mala experiencia, la verdad no quede nada contenta con este Salí³n sugiero a la propietaria que si no está segura del trabajo que se le está pidiendo que ella sea sincera con las personas y les diga claramente que no sabe aser el trabajo o que no tiene el tratamiento adecuado ya que a mi me dolií³ pagar esa gran cantidad de dinero, y no vi buenos resultados en mi cabelllo, ella me repitií³ el tratamiento por segunda vez pero igual no sirvií³ de nada y a my ya me dio vergí¼enza regresar por segunda vez a mostrarle lo horroroso que quedí³ mi cabello, para la prí³xima vez que alguien sugiera este servicio por favor sea sincera y explique que clase de tratamiento es el que usted ase seí±ora LYDIA¡¡¡

This is my first review ever. I am new to the SW Florida area. I was recommended to the Lydia Rose Salon. I had the pleasure of dealing with Rosa on two occasions. I recently moved here from the upstate area of New York and needed to find a new salon. Rosa is amazing. My hair was so bleached out from the Florida sun. I came in begging for help. Rosa did such an amazing job with my coloring that I felt compelled to spread the word. Thank you Rosa!!!!
