Terrible. Nail tech was rude, rough and had no regard when I tried to tell him to please be more gentle. Complained to the owner and she could care less! Horrible service! Do not recommend.

Not sure why my gel nails and classic pedicure was $82 and why it only lasted a week. Not my type of vibe as far as the employees and overall atmosphere. There are hundreds others in the area so I’m sure this review doesn’t even mean anything. New to the area, definitely won’t return. But if they like you and it works for you then enjoy.

Love that I can walk in and get my nails done without an appointment. Everyone is super friendly and they never disappoint.

My experience here was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly as they painted my three year-old daughter’s fingernails.

Worst first experience there. I went in with my friend and my two year-old daughter who was not disturbing anybody or messing with anything she just didn’t want to sit down so she was just standing there and watching her iPad so I’m not sure if that was why. But I got overcharged like $18 and I have no idea why and I should’ve asked but I didn’t realize until after I had left and asked my friend who got the same thing $37 pedicure as me But actually got a more expensive pedicure because she did French tip but I ended up paying way more than she did. I did regular nail polish and the same 37 pedicure, so mine shouldn’t have been $55 and then I gave him a nice tip coming out to $66. If you’re going charge extra for something else at least tell the person before you do it and they checkout and pay! I don’t know why I didn’t ask up front that was a mistake I made but sometimes you just feel pressured at these nail places. I don’t like questioning people for their work but this was ridiculous. Didn’t even feel welcomed there.

I’ve gone to this nail studio for years and personally think it’s the best in Fort Myers. Kimberly and Vivian are great!

I recently visited this place for a gel manicure and pedicure, and unfortunately, I left feeling extremely dissatisfied with the results. Firstly, the technician cut my nails too short, and left me uncomfortable. Additionally, the alignment of the nails was off, with noticeable bumps on one side, indicating a lack of attention to detail. What's even more disappointing is that less than 24 hours later, the nail polish is already showing signs of damage. This suggests poor quality products or application techniques. Overall, my experience was below par, and I would caution others against expecting a good quality of services here.

I am very disappointed in Luxury Nails. I have been going to this location for over 4 years, and even though my job has taken me up and down the eastern border of the US, I have always come back to this location because of their above-the-rest awesome integrity and far above any expectation of customer service. I have always tried to show my appreciation by giving large tips, and at Christmas and other holidays, I bring in surprises for the staff.
The staff never realized how much I appreciated the awesome nail service I always received, and I wanted the owners to know as well. However, recently, when I went in for my services, the warm hellos stopped for unknown reasons, and the quality of the services started to decline. Even though I continued with the warm hello, today was the breaking point. The nail tech knew I was extremely rough on my nails as I typed all day at work and couldn't wear polish. I always use gel and pay extra to get the gel or the powder. I have noticed that the salon has been using different products on my nails recently, and they have been breaking more frequently. The products they use are not named, but I assumed it was due to issues with product supply and demand. Everyone is having product, shipping, and supply shortages. However, I requested a powdered French dip, and instead, I received painted-on white French nails. My nail technician became angry and removed the white polish, expressing that I should have informed him earlier. However, considering the number of years I have been coming here, he should have been aware that I never use white polish for a French manicure. Then, as I was leaving, he told the owner to tell me—not even himself—that he never wanted to see me again. I am very disappointed, as I have never given him below a 20% tip, and at Christmas he received a bonus tip. This salon is going downhill, and I am very disappointed. Unfortunately, despite the option to schedule an appointment with someone else, the salon asked me to step out of line to do so. I kept my cool and left with a professional, positive demeanor, but I will never return again. You have lost another dedicated customer who spent a lot of money at your salon over the years and referred many customers to you. I truly hope you resolve whatever is bothering you all. I have read and heard other bad reviews, but I never wanted to believe them, but here I am leaving one for you in hopes you rethink how you treat customers that have been with you a long time and have always been faithful to your business.

To pricey for the quality of the service. I got a pedicure yesterday and honestly the lady did a bad job with my toes. She cut me several times and didn’t clean my feet properly. She was working with the same dirty towel through the whole appointment and when she gave me the “hot towels” they were cold. My toes are hurting now from the cuts, she sprayed alcohol on them everytime and i could feel the burning. She new i was in pain too bc she kept looking at me and smirking. No apology nothing just continued. She was also arguing with the nail tech next to her several times through the 45 mins. Charged 70$ in all for it and i was honestly looking at the work after and my nail polish looks chuncky and bubbly.

Absolute cleanest salon! You always leave feeling pampered and the detail they give to the work they do is exceptional. You see and feel the pride the owner and staff have the moment you walk in. Love Lux Nails?

The place as clean-ish and the price was right. I had been searching for a place to get a gel pedi for under $60 in Lee Co. I thought I might have found my place. But alas, no. I was directed to a corner chair and had to move a table to even get to the chair. Then she started cutting and filing my nails without a soak first. The filing was painful. She then ran a brush up the bottom of each foot twice and had me put them in the water. This was the extent of any exfoliation done. My heels were not touched. She then proceeded with the no-name gel polish. Upon arriving home I noticed that the polish on one big toe had bubbled and was literally sliding off my nail. My daughter in law who went with me had this happening on several nails. I will return tomorrow and ask that my nail be redone but my DIL leaves in the morning. Alas - this is not my place..

Great place. They get you in and out in a reasonable time. I just wish places actually took the time to massaged you like they use to. I’m giving it a 3/5 because they do not use sterilized tools. I’ve come twice to give it the benefit of the doubt. They use the unsterile tool and then spray your skin with alcohol after. … make your own decision when going.
