My order for delivery of pavers has been botched from the beginning and has been a nightmare
This store has no inventory control, no follow through, no idea what they’re doing, cost me a lot of time money and aggravation and it’s not over yet. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE

I stopped by this location on my way home to check out their garden center. They have a large garden area with a wide variety of plants of all kinds. There some specialty plants also like bamboo, bonsais, all types of cacti, lots of beautiful flowers of all different kinds. All the plants were in excellent condition and you could tell they were taken care of properly. They had a large assortment of herbs, vegetable and fruit plants and trees. They also had a large assortment of pepper plants. I bought a ‘Better Bush’ tomato plant that already has some tomatoes growing. The plant was $15. And I’m totally excited about my new plant!

It's May 2024 and I've been waiting for my Window delivery since December 2023. I've had the wrong size ordered, broken product ordered, and there has been delay after delay. I even had structural damage to my house when they tried to install the wrong size
I live out of state and I've spent $2000 out of pocket as I had to travel to the store in person to follow up with the store . Today I spent an hour on the phone on hold just to be disconnected.
Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I was told by an associate that if I didn't like the service I should have went to Home Depot.
Unfortunately I cant at this point because I paid the 18K in advance and Lowes doesn't offer a refund or credit until the job is done.

I really needed to find a way for Lowes management to recognize the outstanding people they have working for them at the Ft Myers Tamiami Trail location. We definitely had a SNAFU that was really F'ed up. I placed an order for pickup on 3/17 the app on my phone said everything was in stock and I planned to rent your truck to haul the items to my location. I needed to do it on the 18th or 19th because I had help available to unload it. I got a message that all the items were NOT in stock and then a message on the 20th that everything was now in stock. I called to get the order changed to delivery. I was told I would have to go through the Pro Desk to get that done. I called at least 10 times but not once did anyone answer. I also got at least 5 or 6 calls from the pickup desk about scheduling a pickup. I had one lady really tried to fix the situation but I didn't get her name. I also talked to a manager on 1 of these calls who walked to the Pro Desk while she kept me on the phone, everyone was busy at that time but she left a note and assured me someone would call me back. That never happened. I was then up North for 4 weeks returning on April 19th on the 20th I went in person to the store, all of the items were still at the pickup desk. Staff there said the order was cancelled and if I went to the Pro Desk they could take care of me. But the Pro Desk isn't manned on weekends so I tried to do it with the app and the items, even though I just saw them at the pickup desk and the order was canceled, didn’t show in inventory. Saturday evening I went back to the pickup desk and ran into Matt. Matt was able to correct the inventory issue. He place the order and scheduled delivery for Tuesday the 23rd. Because of the software systems it took awhile he printed the paperwork and thought we were set. On Monday I get a phone call from the Colonial Ave Lowes trying to schedule delivery of my order but they didn't have everything in stock and needed to reschedule my delivery. I went back to the Tamiami store and asked for a manager and Monica came and checked the software system and it showed everything was there and set for delivery tomorrow. But not trusting my luck I went back to the delivery staging area and found Josie who checked and the items weren’t there, turns out everything was put back on the shelf. Josie then found everything recreating the order had everything pulled and said we should be good and I left. Before I got out of the parking lot Josie called me and I went back in. Turns out because the order got transferred to another store they couldn’t transfer it back so she had to cancel the order from that store and recreate the order from her store. I also have a Pro card and get reduced delivery charges but it was not an easy fix to reduce the fee and we had to go through some more delays. So it seems everything is straightened out and I should get my delivery tomorrow. I hope this didn’t jinx it but I needed to thank Monica and Josie for the outstanding job of fixing a situation that should not be this difficult. From my perspective it seemed like there are multiple software system’s that don’t always talk together well. It should be easier to reduce shipping for Pro members and finally PLEASE get someone to answer the phone at the Pro Desk. Maybe someone that is dedicated to the phone and only sees in person people when the phone is caught up. I would like to say thanks to the ladies at the pickup desk who I didn't get names but appreciate the effort they put forth. Say thanks to Matt for trying. Say thanks to Monica for her help and a big shout out to Josie for her help.

We recently purchased an outdoor furniture set. Not only did the team at Lowe's do an outstanding job of helping us choose and load the set in our vehicle; they also were there when we had an issue. One of the chairs was damaged and they took care of us. So impressed!

You know what to expect when you go to Lowes. Beautiful store with everything you need for your home and garden with great experts to help you along the way. This store is really nice and the people I spoke to were excellent. I could spend hours here looking at all the neat things I could do to my house. 5 stars

We stopped in to purchase soil. After waiting patiently in the Garden Center line for over 10 min (one register down, one trouble with sale) the cashier was very unpleasant and unfriendly.
Lowe's had the item on sale or I would have gone to Home Depot.

Decent store, horrendous parking lot, extremely dangerous getting in from westboud gladiolus, extremely difficult and dangerous to leave the parking lot. The there is not enough parking spaces, and the fact everyone is driving huge pickup trucks theres no reason to have tiny painted lines for compact vehicles. Decent selection on home improvement items in store though
