Very bad attention in Spanish. 10 minutes before closing they don't want to serve you. I bought a product online and it never arrived and they did not refund my money. The truth is I have a very bad opinion

I ordered some fence pickets and 2x4 s, screws they wanted 39.00 to deliver. Which I am glad to pay but I look at the order confirmation and it said they will deliver the pickets but I had to pickup the 2x4s and screws. After 15 minutes on hold and 20 minutes of NO help from customer service they said they couldn't get the other items delivered. How stupid do you have to be??????

I will drive across town to avoid this particular Lowe's. The customer service women look like they hate their job and they treat you accordingly. Their attitude wasn't the first time either. They truly hate their job. Lowe's makes everything so difficult avoid this one at all cost

We lost the contents of our house in Hurricane Ian. Fortunately, we found a gem in Barb Repsher, an appliance sales specialist in the Fort Myers store. She helped us to efficiently replace all of our appliances, with many obstacles, including depleted inventory, selection, changes, etc. She was professional and friendly every time we contacted her, which was a lot of times. It is often difficult to find one on one assistance in big box stores but Barb was a notable exception.

Customer service kept me on hold for 45 minute, then picked up the phone and left it off the hook for 25 more minutes while I could hear them talking but would NOT answer the phone!!!! I had a question that could have been answered in less than five minutes but wasted over an hour and ten minutes and still no answer. Horrible customer service!!!!

There's nothing more to say other then slow. I hate buying appliances at all because they are always slow. This place is particularly slow. There are so many employees walking around but no one to help. Happens all the time. Been waiting now for 30 minutes for a "worker" to help.

After calling to confirm availability of a mower - i was told that their website was correct regarding "free delivery.When i arrived at the store to pay for it, i was told that both the Lowes website AND the person at the service desk were both wrong- no free delivery (supposedly, because the mower came with a battery)I went directly to ACE & got free delivery!FIX for website AND train your service desk people Lowes!!

I purchased a new refrigerator from this lowes for $3500.00 then saw the same thing for $1999.00 at several other places. Shame on me for not shopping and trusting these thieves.

Had carpet put in two years ago. I called several times and told them I did not think it was down correctly. I did not feel like the group that came up really cared, and I told them it just felt like it was half done. Hopefully I can install this picture to show what it looks like two years later. No pets single guy.
