Lighting First is the best. We built a new home in Cape Coral. They supplied all of the lights and fans. We needed some follow up on a few items and Lighting First went above and beyond it's duty to help us out. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service we received. Thanks again.

Went here to purchase 2 pendants light in which still cost almost a thousand dollars in late November.I showed them a lower price (50%) less than their price that I found on the internet. They reluctantly matched it . I also ordered a couple of stem rods that I needed as I have high ceilings. They advised me the lights would come in mid December and rods were on back order till late December till mid January. I never even received a thank you for placing my order. I felt like they were mad that they had to place the order. I called up in mid December and was told my light were in however not the rods. I called once a week since only to be told nothing has come in. I finally looked and found the rods in stock thru builder..com and said it would take 3 days to receive them. I went to the store to say I want to pick up the lights and cancel the rods . A girl behind the counter says they are going to have to resend the order as they don’t know what happened to the rods . I said cancel the rods and give me the lights please We’ll miraculously a gentleman comes and says the rods were shipped in the same box. So I waited an additional 3 weeks because no one in this place could open the box nor take the time to figure it out. I will never purchase another item at this place due to it’s laziness, attitudes and incompetence. Do yourself a favor and shop around . There are plenty of other lighting stores with much better prices and attitudes.

The selection and service at Lighting First in Fort Myers was top-notch. With Genie’s expertise, we were able to find the perfect lighting for our new home. Travis and his crew should also be complimented for their work installing our stunning foyer chandelier and kitchen lighting. We couldn’t be more pleased.

A nice story with a great selection, but we were purchasing an entire house for well over 10k, and they would not give any discounts. We went to brothers' lighting and got 20% off.
