Larry and Liz are absolutely wonderful - and frankly, everybody that helps the customers. My questions are always answered and they always help me with the best rates and that I understand what my coverages are - thank you, great job AND they answer the phone when you call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Snider Agency has really been helpful and responsive to my requests for change and additions. My changes have been handled in a friendly, professional, and timely manner in my three years with the agency. I recommend them.

This insurance office really messed me and my son over. I switched from Geico to State Farm to save money. They gave me a quote and before I could start the policy, the quote changed because they updated their policies. So I started a policy with them then they changed their policy again and my price increased. Three months into the policy for The third time they changed it again and decided they could not ensure My son and then made me a quote.and Gave me a deadline to make the decision When I called back to just ensure my vehicle, they decided they could not ensure my car nor my sons car at all and canceled our policy. Furthermore, when I started, they guarantee me that it will not be a lapse in my policy with my former company Geico because their policy changed occurred a day after my policy canceled with Geico and that was a lie. Also now I’m having a hard time getting insurance because of a 24 hour gap in coverage. This is very poor business and very poor Customer Service making promises that they cannot keep worst insurance company ever please beware

The absolute worst experience I have had in 40 years of obtaining insurance. Lack of knowledge by agent no communication . Left me high and dry. There are much better choices out there. Steer clear of this agency.

I've been a State Farm customer for 15 years and with Snider's office for 3. THeir system is disorganized, billing inconsistent and inconvenient and his office is often confused when I talk with them on the phone. Worse yet, I'm paying for $15,000 of coverage for mold on my HO policy. When I filed a claim with all the proof, professional assessments and photos they denied it with the lame comment that my water leak was "slow" and not "fast". Now THERE'S a discretionary definition if I ever heard one. At any rate, it's a lie. My leak was sudden and I contacted them at the first sign. Now I'm having to sue them to collect. Larry Snider was of NO HELP when I called him to get his support. I will never do business with Snider or State Farm again. I wish there were a 0 rating.

I called their office this morning to get help with a bill that I received. I spoke with Elizabeth Morse and she was very prompt and efficient in helping to answer my questions. she pulled up my account by my phone number and had the answer to my question immediately. in this day of constant poor service, it was refreshing to speak with someone that both new their job and showed concern for the customer. GREAT JOB!!
