Very poor customer service and not very friendly at desk. Not willing to be of any help. Very short with people who have questions. You need a whole new staff at this location.

Nasty and rude, I had a appointment for 12:45, only one person ahead of me, then they tell me that they can't do my blood work do to staff shortage. The guy looked dirty and very unprofessional then tells me not to come back!! Very poor service for a health care place...

A comically poor experience. They are here to get the lab work; they will not help you & they'll run 1 hour behind on appts all day. Why even they accept walk ins, if, after 3 hours of waiting, they would turn you away. The waiting room is packed all day, and they are NOT hustling back there lol
