They super slow and the lady at the front desk is really rude and so is the lady with the long hair is rude to and if you not here by 2 or if u 3 minutes late they will tell u to come back tomorrow because they don't care and they don't help us check in and they only have one working computer and u can hear them two girls tlaking bad about every single one waiting in the office

WOW, I guest management doesn’t cares since she is still there with same mean attitude.***) My daughter with Down Syndrome had an apt with her md yesterday am who ordered lab work. We went immediately to this Labcorp location, since it was closest to md’s office , where there was only 2 people in the very dirty waiting room (the kiosks were totally disgusting. I wouldn’t touch without gloves). I should have left right then because I worried about my daughter being infected. The woman behind the desk over to the right was non caring and cold. Barks out questions!! I asked how long and was told by another employee, “Not long.” An hour later I asked again how long? A nice employee with long white lab coat stated , “She is next”. The non caring employee called a different pt, so I questioned why was I told my daughter was next? “Nope 2 more ahead of her.” Very non caring and cold!! She shouldn’t be working with pts let alone in charge. In the future, we will use our normal clean and very efficient with caring personnel. Labcorp on Coconut Rd in Bonita Springs.

This location is great. I’m not sure why it says temporarily closed. I had labwork this morning and Alysha was awesome. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Fasted for twelve hours for my glucose screening WHILE PREGNANT only to get here and be told we don’t have the supplies to complete your testing. Had a headache all day for nothing thanks Labcorp.

Change the name to Barnum & Bailey's LabCorp because this place is an absolute clown show. The staff here could have a bee fly in one ear and directly out of the other. Kept my pregnant wife waiting outside per their own instructions for over 45 minutes past her appointment time. Then they served a different client before her. When called out that they had skipped her, the staff stated they'd be quick, as if that made it right. When pressed on why they did not acknowledge my wife when she could overhear the staff talking in back, they said it was because one of them was "nervous"! Do everyone a favor, each of you incompetent slugs, and exit any customer facing career entirely. An absolute embarrassment of a place, staffed by children, with zero standards.

Waited for 40 minutes after checking in outside as it told me to. Finally I go in and no one is there. When she finally comes up she talks to the woman behind me like I'm not even there, not even a word to me like sorry let me just get her back really quick. I said I've been waiting and she says oh weekend checkin doesn't work.... like I'm supposed to know but then "doesn't want to deal with me" .... most unprofessional trash place.

This place is just so unprofessional. The lobby was so loud I could hear the girls from behind the door just talking and gossiping. One lady even used profanity which I couldn’t believe. Then the lady that took my screening just was very unwelcoming and not very pleasant. I’ve tried to get in contact with somebody there for days now regarding my test results and nobody has called me back. It’s like they don’t even have a phone or something because nobody answers, can’t get a live person, nor do they call you back. I would go somewhere else if you can. Lee health is so much better than this place.

So unprofessional, loud I can hear everything in lobby ! Sounded mad because I had 3 different lab orders from 3 different providers. Mad because they’re under paid is what she said. Then tells me they don’t draw or test for a CBC HEMATOLOGY REVIEW! My drs office had to call them and then they told him they don’t draw blood they only test the blood LIES! This lab is so ghetto it’s sad! I rather go to quest or Lee lab were people actually love there job and don’t complain !

Waiting here for over an hour and a half for a simple drug screen for school, watching people who came in after me get called back before me. Do not come to this location if you value your time.

The staff is the rudest I’ve ever encountered. Don’t go in on a Saturday without an appointment, you’ll wait at least an hour and they’re awful to you in general.

A very pleasant experience! I had to take my daughter for a drug screen for her summer job. I made an appointment online for 8:15 am and although the lady at check-in informed me that they don't usually schedule these appointments until after 9 am, she will honor it as I made an appointment. That was nice! Well who knew a teenage daughter would not be able to go on demand so I ended up waiting there until 9 am anyways. But the waiting area was comfortable, they had plenty of water for my daughter to drink and the ladies were very nice. In fact, they seem to be a pretty good group who enjoy working together. I would definitely return. I usually go to Quest by my house but going to a lab right next to my work would be super convenient. Thank you for a great experience!

Did a drug test for work Friday the 28th, as of Friday the 9th the results have not been released and I'm missing shifts because of it. I've called upwards of 30 times over the week and have not been able to get past voicemail a single time, left plenty of messages that have not been returned. Nurse was on shift talking on the phone with a friend while I was trying to ask for information after my test and glared at me until she'd finished her call. Unwelcoming and absolutely negligent with posting results, I was supposed to start Monday which is putting me behind on rent and my work behind on staffing.

Came here to do a blood test. Not only did they almost commit a HIPAA violation, but they are just not organized. In the front desk, loudly saying about my procedure that needs to be done was indefinitely close to a HIPAA violation. This office needs to be more organized and have things in order. Please, if the staff can be trained again on HIPAA before they violate someone’s privacy. I am not coming back here ever again. As my first time and will be the last time.

If I could give this place a 0 I would but obviously that's not possible. Save the 1 for the 3 employees there that actually are really nice.. the one older spanish lady up front has an attitude every time I come in and just looks miserable. I have worked front desk at a dentist office and been in customer service for a little over 10 years and I'm sorry but I take not of things like this EVERYWHERE.This place is close to my house but after today I will pick another location.I've seen the same complaints on for the same person so obviously management doesn't care either.
