I made my appointment, I waited more than a week. And here they make me wait because they have 10 patients in front of me. Why do you make them wait for an appointment if they won't attend on time?

Marie, at front desk was rude, unfriendly and unproffessional. To me and others waiting to be assisted. I came here because it was required. Thank goodness I won't be returning.

Literally the worst. Waited over 3 hours for a drug screen. Couldn't make an appointment because their system was down. There were only 2 people working. Shame on this company. Not the employee's faults, they were very nice and doing their best.
