Great office and Customer service. Very pleased with this Agency and office. I've been with State Farm for my auto renters for 10 years and I have never had any issues. If you want things taken care of, especially on a claim standpoint and want a company with great financial backing, State Farm is worth every penny. Thank you Karen for awesome service!

Karen Wolfe’s team at State Farm are helpful and supportive. I recently left State Farm and returned. The grass wasn’t greener, the price is competitive elsewhere, but the customer service at Karen’s office is exemplary. I’ll be a customer, as long as they’ll have me.

This agent Karen Wolfe is the best in the area. Her team is very professional and helpful with assisting me and all of my insurance needs. I have been a loyal Karen Wolfe client for 20 years. Tyler the manager has always been there for me at times of devastating hurricanes and minor auto accidents. They are truly like a good neighbor and I’m grateful Karen Wolfe handles my insurance.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Staff very helpful. Recently needed an insurance card for our golf cart. Helpful staff member emailed it to me. Quick turnaround for my request. Thus, saved a trip and avoided Fort Myers traffic.

Had them a while ago. They switched my son to the principle on the policy even tho I had been on there for years before and refused to change it saying they couldnt...I canceled the con artists and found another insurer same policy 35.00 less. They are arrogant and ignorant. Thought they would be smart placing me on hold knowing...Krazy karen was in a meeting. Called my bank had two months refunded and walked away. Cowboys!!

Absolutely horrible. We have been with State Farm for over 25 years (only 4 with this agent as we moved to a new state). I thought having an agent means that they are there to help assist you. Big NO. I contacted them for assistance regarding my vehicles because of hurricane IAN. Was told by several people in her office that they can’t do anything that I have to handle it on my own. Shame on you, plus no offer of differing any payment or assistance of any kind even though we were in the eye of hurricane IAN. Not a compassionate agency or company. Also, we had an accident (first one) in January or February of last year. They are charging us over $86.00 a month (for 3 or more years) more because of this. Guess it’s time to change. Guess loyalty doesn’t matter anymore. Money hungry corporation.This is from today 12/13/22. I received a bill for about $100.00 more than I should have. When I spoke to her office previously after the hurricane (review above) I was told that my new bill would be a $167.60 which included the loss (due to hurricane Ian)of the multi car discount. Last month I paid this amount today I get a bill for over $246.00 (not exact(and also saying I am late/short $60.00(not exact). I can. The office and someone answers and I can not even understand them. I say I. Sorry but I don’t know what you just said. They speak again and I still can not understand the. I say excuse me but could you please not talk so fast and not mumble as I can not understand you. I explain to her what 5he other person in her office told me in october. She said that was not true that the multi car discount was huge and what is showing is may new amount. I said that’s crazy. I asked what the $60.00 was for and she said a shortage that I did not pay. I said excuse me but I always pay in full and I paid exactly what I was told in October and what my bill showed in November. I told her this was ridiculous and that we would definitely be taking our business elsewhere. The lady Nora said I will send Karen an email. I said what for she never bothered to personnel call me in October but sent a robotic text (approximately 5 minutes after my leaving the above review). I than said have a good day and hung up.

Rosemary Guerra the lady that works at the front desk is very unprofessional and bad representation of the company. Horrible customer service! As for the company my bill has never been consistent every month i see a different number. I have been paying my bills on time, now we are in the month of March 2021 and their just telling that i did not pay for November bill. I have not received a letter nor an email about that bill. I am looking around for a better company that will provide me better representation, customer service and a monthly payment that is consistent to my budget needs. I would give a zero Star

We’ve been with State Farm for at least twenty some years since we lived up north and with Karen Wolf’s office for at least the last 10 years.We’ve had excellent service prior to this office.This office has been not responsive, zero customer service and nothing but poor quality.We’re still with them just for the idea we’ve been established for a long time. As soon as we have the time we will be looking for another stat farm office because Karen wolf doesn’t deserve our business.

Karen Wolfe State Farm is awesome, all of the State Farms are very good but the one that we are with which is Karen Wolf's office was such a pleasant experience dealing with them the young lady that helped us Ms. Nora she was awesome, if you're looking for a good insurance company like I said State Farm is good but the Karen Wolf office is awesome try it for yourself.

I have been with them for 8 years was always great. But every since the two agents I always used left the customer service has gone way down. The reason I stayed so many years was the amazing customer service. Now the agents are not professional, no not return phone calls timely or explain the policy’s well. Either switch offices or company’s.

Do not get insurance from this agent! They will increase your auto premiums for no reason. While other insurance companies are giving reimbursements for Covid, they are raising their rates. Customer service is awful! Plenty of other State Farm agents to chose from.
