We ended up with a flat on our way from Miami to Tampa.. insurance was going to take hours and places were closed since it was Sunday. I called JT’s and they were able to come within 5 minutes and repair the tire so we could continue on our way in under an hour. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible to be able to meet us nearby! The man who drove out was kind with a big smile despite the heat and coming out to meet us away from the shop. Excellent prices and customer service in a pinch!

Overcharged for tire change and balance I bought my own tires in. They ripped me off will never go there again. And the manager was rude

I was disrespected by the young man who is the owner. He called me a liar then told me to get my car off his property. Even though a gentleman had sold me one tire I came back to get the others done and the price went crazy. He yelled at me
