“My wife lost her diamond pendant and chain but fortunately it was insured. I chose Mark Loren Designs to replace it and I’m so glad I did! They did a beautiful job of duplicating the original and completed it much sooner than expected. Our only issue was we weren’t really happy with the chain they put on it and they replaced it with one we chose with no questions asked. They also handled the processing of the insurance claim for us! While waiting for the new pendant to be completed I took my wife’s engagement ring in to be repaired. It had two broken prongs which they replaced for much less than I had been quoted by other jewelers and it was ready the next day! They also tightened the prongs on a ring my father had given me at no charge! I would recommend Mark Loren Designs to anyone that is looking for a unique piece of jewelry or in need of repairs at a fair price! A special thanks to Cameron and Kim who we had the pleasure of working with.”

“Had a wonderful experience with Roberto and Lourdes at Roberto’s. 27 year old wedding ring (custom designed), and due to wear and tear; the bottom of the ring fractured. Roberto’s evaluated, tested gold, re-sized, made gold match on replacement piece (14k), and asked for us to leave ring for a few days . Four hours later we got a call and it was done. Roberto said he loved the opportunity.Great service and detail dealing with a custom design (and a very happy wife!). Thank you Roberto’s for a great experience. You run a great business operation!”
“First things first, we need to understand one thing, this shop is located right on the corner of Hendry and Mainstreet. It is small storefront shop that was at first difficult to locate. But once you saw it, you will see it. Second things second. Sheri and Kaylee were so helpful! As an empath it was evidently clear that when I first walked in with my friend, that this place was full of love and care. The both of them were so educated and caring! “Dropped off my wedding ring on Monday, and it was ready by Wednesday! The ring is a family heirloom and is dated back to 1890. Needless to say it was a bit fragile. I dropped it in the shower and the ruby fell out.Not only did demellos repair the prongs, but they beefed them up quite a bit so it's more sturdy than before.Thank you demellos!!!”

“To be as brief as possible, my life took a turn for the worst about the time I had a GF drop off a watch to be repaired at Cerio’s. This was November of 2022. Paid lots in lawyer costs, GF turned out to have mental illness and I ended up in trouble with the law (b/c of her…). For the last 3 yrs the last thing on my mind was my watch (a nice Tissot classic). Well, fast forward to today…I say “what the heck, let’s see if they still have the watch”? I pop in and go over the story with them. Karen at the front and Greg the owner (I think they are co-owners) could not be more understanding of my situation or more sweet about my ask (as in, they didn’t look at me like a horse’s ass for coming to see if they had my repaired watch 3 years later). Bottom line, they still had it, they helped me determine that a large part of the repair was indeed paid years ago, and we squared up on the rest of the repair cost. I had NO IDEA whether I had paid or what I had paid even…
They were honest and said “we would never sell an unclaimed watch” (which is shocking) and made me feel genuinely listened to. I got my watch and it works perfectly and looks beautiful. Thank Cerio’s for being wonderful people with a beautiful family owned jewelry store. Now that my life is back on track, I’m bring them two more of my watches to repair!! A 5 star store, and a 5 star customer service experience. Very grateful.”
