I went to purchase a pre-owned car and can say that the complete staff went above and beyond in regards to what you would expect from a dealership. From sales (Justin) to the manager Dan Colins and financing (Morgan). If you want to feel appreciated, this is the dealership for you.

Candy at the front desk has a very nasty attitude and the rbf ?working in a place that requires you to be nice to the customer so they will possibly purchase a vehicle smh I think we will be going to Naples once we leave this place but I will say Jonas was super candy take a page out his book and don’t be a soul pus

Brian (Gen Manager), Joe (sales) and Dillon (service) have always provided a top-notch experience. Always friendly and helpful.Update: The amazing people here again have gone above and beyond in taking care of their customer. The service department gave me a very nice range rover loaner for an extended time for free even after they had already fixed a mechanical issue and my car was at a bodyshop for repairs (due to no fault of theirs). Thank you.

Following the service and repair, my car has been making a clicking sound that it has never made before. Looking under the hood I also found my engine cover not secured, several clips missing and broke along with unsecured hoses. I'm very dissapointed and unsatisfied with whole experience. Melanie and Allie were very pleasant but lack of detail and care to my vehicle during this visit will make me think twice about returning for sevice or even coming back to address the new clicking sound in fear that something else will arise.

Terrible experience, a simple job that I was told would be very quick turned into a 2 hour wait when I finally got to my vehicle my custom $90 aftermarket plate was bent after making David aware he was very unprofessional & rude extremely disappointed in this experience will never go back.

We waited two hours to be told they made a mistake on our trade in. We had it in writing. It was very disappointing. Joe had told us it was the best time for us to sell our Jaguar to the dealership. Only to be told 1 figure, then the next day… $4000.00 less. What a disappointment. Carnax and autobuy did better. Left there bitter. Is this how a dealership should act?No call backs from management.

We got quoted a written price for a our jag to sell to the. Dealer. The next day the price dropped $4000.00 after being told they would hold it for a week or two. After waiting two hours at the dealership we left feeling disappointed. We received better treatment at three other places. I've been in sales for 33 years and never treated a customer like this. They couldn't even make it half good. No call backs or anything. Maybe they wanted us to pay for their 15 million dollar renovation. Thanks Bob
