First car I’ve ever bought sight unseen (in person). I live in Ohio and have traveled to Alabama, Texas (2x) and Florida to purchase vehicles in the past - and have had very poor/ mixed results. Meaning: the cars were never as advertised. I had just gotten back from Texas 2 weeks prior to purchasing this car and was extremely “misled” (lied to). I even had to ask six times from a reputable Lincoln dealership to have videos sent of the car before I flew down to see it. I never ended up getting the videos and chose not to even waste my time with the dealer. Jaguar of Fort Myers and Eric were responsive and forthcoming from the very first contact and Eric sent five videos without me even asking. He answered all of my questions, and even let me talk to the service manager regarding service performed to the car. He showed me exactly what was done to the car and the entire service history of it. When ever buying a used Jaguar it’s extremely important to ensure the car has been well taken care of. Long story short I bought the car sight unseen because I trusted the dealership and Eric specifically. When the car was delivered, it was exactly as I had anticipated. I am 100% satisfied and would without any hesitation recommend the dealership and Eric to anyone looking for a vehicle, new or used.

Horrible and unprofessional experience
Took my brand new 2024 F Type for its first service and interior seal repair. After 5 days I was told that the car was ready. I didn’t notice at first until I brought my car home that it was worse than it was when it went in. The interior seal that was supposed to be fixed was falling out the headliner and wasn’t attached to the vehicle when I opened the passenger door. In addition to- the seal was falling out of the exterior quarter panel window and the frame itself was coming apart from the vehicle.
I emailed the service tech and he asked me to bring the car back in. When I arrived I was clearly upset. I showed the tech everything that was wrong with the vehicle, after they stated it was fixed.
Since I was upset the tech had the General Manager Brian meet with me. He was not pleasant from the start. He walked me around my vehicle and acted like it wasn’t an issue. To sum up the conversation he asked if I purchased my vehicle through them - I said “No, what does that matter”? He said it mattered and told me to get my car fixed somewhere else.
When I was in the market to buy a new car, I was referred by my friend to salesman Derek. Met with Derek and when I was ready to purchase my new car, I was ignored by him via phone and email and when I contacted the General Manager-I was also ignored. After that I went to another dealership to purchase my vehicle.
Come to find out after this review was posted- Derek the salesman contacted my friend to apologize but I have yet to receive an apology. My friend decided to get his new Jag F Type somewhere else as well.
Jaguar of Naples and Jaguar of Saint Pete were very helpful in getting my vehicle fixed for me at no charge. They did confirm and put in writing that the issues I had with my vehicle was due to poor workmanship of Jaguar Fort Myers.
After reading Jaguar Fort Myers reviews I now see that others have had the same issue. They are a danger to public in how they conduct business. There is one review where someone’s car caught on fire after they serviced the vehicle!
I was later told that Jaguar Fort Myers said if I ever step foot in their dealership that I would be trespassed. Like I would ever bring my new car there again to be mangled. Jaguar Fort Myers sure knows how to play the victim when confronted. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to go to Jaguar Naples or Saint Pete. They are far more superior in every way and your sanity and your vehicle will remain intact.
I truly hope that Terry, the owner of Jaguar Fort Myers knows the negative effects of hiring a glorified Toyota salesman to run one of his dealerships.

Working with Albert the service rep is always a pleasurable experience! Work was performed as communicated and came out great! Albert went above and beyond to keep me informed on timing of completion and he had the loaner ready for me as promised. Highly recommend

The 2 ppl I have dealt with couldn't have made me feel more like I don't belong there. Even though this is my 6th Jaguar. My money isn't any good and I was lied to about a loaner that i was charged for even when I was not supposed to be. JOSH Makenzie. Horrible experience. Both times. Once with my car and the second time with my husband's car. He didn't resolve my issue. He overcharged me. Then sent an invoice to prove it. Lied right to my face. After sending a nasty txt to me and my husband. The loaner wasn't due back til Friday. We brought it back Friday. And I was charged anyway.

This is a beautiful facility with very conscientious and committed staff. If you are in the market for a luxury vehicle this place should certainly be given consideration.

Great place to do business with. Dealt with five different people in my transaction and everyone was incredibly helpful. Had an issue popup five months after purchase and with one call they were able to handle it no questions asked.

We had a great experience today buying our Range Rover! We had been looking for a while but had a few rough experiences at other dealerships. This place is worth every star ! We enjoyed our time with Justin and Mr. Reid (sorry can’t remember your first name ha!)
And actually everyone I made eye contact with was professional, helpful and easy to take to. We’ll be back for our next car.

I have a pre owned 17 XF-S that has had some issues since buying it. (It was not bought at this dealer) however my service advisor David Ross was super cool and helpful with getting all of the issues fixed even though I seemed crazy trying to explain what was actually wrong with the car. He worked with my warranty company and got everything covered and approved as well as supplied both a loaner car and rental car for an extended period of time! He even fixed a leak I had with no charge! 10/10 would recommend this dealership!

I had a bad experience with a car dealer despite being a loyal customer. I bought a 2020 Hybrid Range Rover with 9,000 miles, and a tire blew out inside my garage. The salesman blamed me for it, but the dealer discovered that the tires were overdue. I traded the car for a 2021 Range Rover, but the brakes squeal. The dealer failed to mention this issue before I bought the vehicle, and they won't replace the brakes with the statement "that the vehicle is a high performance and it is normal". I feel disappointed as the dealer promised exceptional service to their customer, but that promise seems to have vanished when issues fall on their lap. The best part is that they will need to put up with me as long as I own the vehicle.
