They were more interested in my best interests, as I explained I was out of work, rather than sell me a phone I couldn't currently afford. Minor fix elsewhere for about $100 was suggested for now. Leah also helped us with the transition and is one of the best multitaskers I’ve ever seen. No matter the length of time needed to resolve an issue with my phone going straight to voicemail due to T-mobile holding my phone number, her patience never wavered. She displays such a caring personality to all those she services.
Jayden is another associate who goes above and beyond. He is so easy to talk to and always has a smile. He helped troubleshoot my phone issue, along with helping out his peers. Made me feel like part of the Verizon family.
I also worked with DeShawn who has such a fun, energetic personality. He did not want me to leave the store until my phone issue was resolved. He never gave up and I left the store feeling satisfied.
