“This review is for Juanita Collins. She is part of the Thompson agency who I have been insured by since 02/2017. She is one of the most competent, polite, courteous, professional, and helpful employees that they have.I had to make multiple phone calls to the office to ask for one form to fill out and for some reason no one could take care of this one thing until three phone calls later and I kept getting responses via email which I was told I would get a phone call to discuss my questions/concerns yet I never got that call. I spoke with Patty, Cindy, and got the unrequested email (instead of a promised phone call) from Brian and finally got the document as requested four days later.Earlier today I had to call again to confirm more information that I was not able to find online or in my documents or emails and Juanita picked up the phone and answered all my questions immediately, sent me exactly what I asked for and was the most helpful employee I’ve ever dealt with from this business since 2017. More staff should learn from her example. Thank you Juanita for your professionalism and taking the time to help me when needed!! Keep up the amazing work!”
