Monday at lunch with 1 teller. Knowing it’s going to be busy after being closed all weekend. And the 1 teller they did have was extremely slow and not very polite. I’ll drive to the cape next time.

The people are very nice there but their hours are painful. Our of 3 branches near me 2 close at 4 pm ugh Also, if I forget my online , I have to go there to get a reset which the link expires quickly . I keep wondering why I keep my business account t there . It is just a hassle to move it . . I love 5/3 rd Bank as they even have Saturday hours .

Rude vice president...no help with medallion stamp after 17 years as customer. RUDE lost original documents and denied until UNDERLING spoke up for me and verified I delivered originals. Good enough for checking account Wouldn't trust them past that. I guess I'm not rich enough to get respect. By the way her attitude and delay ( 3weeks!) Completely nulled an important estate issue.

This is the dream bank made true and real. They called my personal cell phone to keep me updated on the status of a deposit i was waiting to clear on my account, which they new it was important. Try to get this from other banks...This branch is a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service is second to none. Thanks Heather, Talisha, Julie, Mary, Sheila and Kelly, etc. The leadership and management of this bank excels and shows on the quality of its employees.
