While the front desk was as nice as could be, the room I booked was problematic at best. The smell from the cleaning product used on the carpeting was extremely strong as was whatever laundry product was used on the linens. Also, there were not enough towel rods so your towels cannot dry out adequately. If you are an allergic individual or sensitive to fragrances, I would take a pass on this property. Unfortunately.

The staff of this Crowne Plaza is always extremely polite, accommodating and professional. The property is very well kept and very clean. I have stayed here many times and the experience is always great, but this time the staff was above and beyond in taking care of their guests as Hurricane Milton made landfall just north of the hotel.

I’d say enjoy it soon bc it’s still kind of off by itself but right off the interstate, but we all know how vacant land just disappears in Florida

Great drinks
Great food
And excellent and attentive staff!!
Food and drinks: I’ve eaten here 20 times while working on the road and I’ve never gotten a bad meal yet
And the old fashioned drinks are exceptional

Amazing!!! Would definitely stay here again in the future. The staff were nice, and very welcoming. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was excellent! Flora made sure we felt at home and ensured are rooms were stocked and clean!! Thank you staff for everything!

Absolutely the best hotel in Fort Myers. Thank you, Kevin, the restaurant manager, for the great service and the great food. Everyone was absolutely the best from the front desk, the managers, and also the shuttle drivers. The hotel has excellent location and a beautiful room and views!!!

Stay was in March 2024. Clean, safe, convenient. Excellent front desk personnel.
Comments:
Make sure to get your breakfast vouchers at check in (I had to ask as the rep was not aware, even though it was on my reservation). Breakfast was not included otherwise.
Airport/Town Center shuttle is a nice feature.
Not sure how this is described as an "upscale" hotel? They provide basic accommodations for a high-end price.
No spa, no late afternoon "happy hr", no water, snacks, or robes in the room. No club level on the premises. No luxury bath products. Make-up mirror is not the light-up kind [ie...none of the small touches you find at higher-end properties are present).
Basic pool, hot tub, and small gym are available along with the shuttle.
Key Lime Pie at the restaurant was delicious!
Beds/pillows were comfy.
Room gets nice and dark with all shades pulled down.
Air in room is not silent, but it does give a background sort of "white noise" vibe that you won't notice after a while.
Overall, solid hotel stay and a good choice if needing to stay in the area. But overall value might make you decide on an alternative. And there are plenty.
