My husband and I stayed in this hotel while Hurricane Milton passed and it was not a good experience. We stayed there for 4 days and not once did the front desk staff raise their heads to greet us when we walked in. I called down twice to find out what time they were serving dinner and the front desk girl did not know, and she did not even attempt to find out while I was on the phone. Every time I walked up to the front desk, I felt like an inconvenience; they did not acknowledge my presence for at least 30 seconds, and that's only if there was someone at the desk.
The room was immaculate, and every single housekeeper we interacted with were extremely nice and friendly; but, again, the front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming at all. The least they could do is greet the guests when they come in to their hotel.

Easy to find. Nice bright lobby and greeted by kind efficient staff.
Beautiful double room with nice views. Clean with nice ice cold air conditioning. Bed was extremely comfortable and spacious..

I really enjoyed my stay this week, this hotel was very clean and friendly! The staff was very caring and courteous. I have no complaints! The location of this hotel was very convenient too! Lots of nearby shopping centers and restaurants! Less than 10 minutes away from the airport too! Thank you for making my vacation one to remember!

If you come here. Ask for Alex, Eddy or Diane, This is the best group of people you will ever meet.. they make me feel at home, the food is delicious and the drinks the best!!! i love being here because of them.. i come every month for school and i will continue to come back just to enjoy the best food and drink in ft myers!! love them

What a great place! The rooms are perfect, as is the rest of the hotel. Very comfortable area in the lobby, nice bar and decent food. The pool is great too. Close to EVERYTHING

Diane (K-dawg) and Alex are the absolute best! They helped turn my frown upside down when my flight was cancelled. They create an environment of community with all of the guests whether they just checked in or have been there for a week (shoutout Renee and Alberto!). What should have been a stressful time, they turned it in to how can we help. I appreciate you both and I hope management sees how valuable you both are to the Hilton brand. I will definitely be back for those two alone! The place was clean, pool was refreshing in this Florida heat, and plenty of options to eat in the area.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Ft Myers Airport location and had an outstanding dinner made by Eddie Washington (cook).
Wow! He had a great attitude and made sure his scratch entree was hot and delicious. I hope Hilton recognizes his talent and helps to realize his career dreams to become a Hilton chef.
