This is your One-Stop shopping location for anything country or Western near fort Myers. Great selection and very knowledgeable staff. Tons of boots and hats. Found exactly what I wanted. Needed to get set up with some fancy stuff before the Morgan wallen concert and they had everything I needed.?

Great boots and hats. A helpful and friendly group of Associates to assist you. This store has stood the test of time opening in 1971 for these very reasons. Excellent!

Ive lived in Fort Myers 60 years and have used hayloft online as well as going to the store.Yesterday i decided i need a new hat and a couple cool belts the customer service ladies hung with me the whole time im making up my mind on what type of western hat and belts i wanted they showed me many items made sur the fit and quality was there never left me to look and go through inventory on my own. Did not buy my nre boots as i had more stops to make but looked a a few like Tommy Bahama and others begor i left with customer service rep they were friendly,patient,professiopnal and made sure i got what i was looking for. Hats off ladies thanks for spending the time to make sure i got thbest quality items at very fair prices. So if your a cowboy minded person ride walk or drive in to get the best for less.

We used to shop here a lot! The prices are crazy and today I was asked to leave the building because I had a coffee in a Yeti tumbler with a lid. Little did she know that my wife had already picked out some items and so did I to the tune of about $250! The woman was so condescending telling me that “we have very expensive things in here and we don’t need them ruined by someone spilling coffee on them!” Never another dime! Y’all can shop at Jeannie’s off of Bayshore or right across the street at Gypsy Rose (where we went next and they were fine with the cup)!

Customer service was terrible.. From the owner and two of the employees, the younger one was fine.
I came in with my two younger sisters and my two friends from Denmark. Brought my mom’s service dog with me because she was lonely. I’ve been here before and customer service was meh but the store is cool. I put my moms dog in my 15 yr old sisters lap in a quiet part of the store by the boots and was helping my friend find shoes. I heard the dog bark which was weird and I continued to shop thinking that maybe she was spooked by something. Little did I know that the owner was kicking my younger sisters out of the store and apparently was also being really rude about it. I didn’t even notice, my friends from Denmark actually heard the owner angrily talking to them and went over before I did. Later they asked me if this is normal.. terrible.??♀️ I asked the girls what might have happened because
I was trying to hear both sides but my sister (who literally never lies) said she had her glasses off and someone tried to pet our dog without asking and she barked (like she’s supposed too) and the owner came over and said, “that’s not acting like a service dog, you need to leave.”
Which is fine. But they kicked them out without even listening to what happened and then didn’t even try to find who was watching them. Afterwards, I told the coworker who was there that yes she is a certified support dog, even though the older coworker said “the service dog actually has to DO something.” Yes she is certified to “do something” and I talked calmly and said that next time please try and find the guardian or parents of the parent first instead of kicking the children out of the store. She told me that they almost had a lawsuit from a previous incident. Okay, that’s fine I get it. But please just be kind about it, especially to two young girls who are genuinely well behaved and were horribly embarrassed about what happened. I told them I wouldn’t be coming back, and it was a shame because it was a really cool store. My friend from Norway and I have been talking about going here together when she comes and visits. But I’ll just take my business somewhere else:/ to a place that doesn’t mind service dogs or paying customers

I’m blown away by some of the reviews that say the staff was helpful and took the time to help me select the right things I had to 100% opposite experience they didn’t want to help me they were rude and it sucks because I brought $1100 cash with me here to spend a day but they just lost a customer. They have a huge selection of really cool stuff but they treated me like a freaking three eyed freaking monster. I’ll take my money elsewhere

Ordered Ariat boots through them because I’d rather work with a small business. Found these guys online, my boots were on back order but they always kept me informed even when some things didn’t go smooth with delivery from Ariat. They have been polite and kind through the whole process of getting me the correct boots and no matter what went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of! Thank you!
