My wife called a few days ago to put a 400.00 pair of Finns on hold. She got an answering machine and hung up but a salesperson called her back. She told my wife she would be working all day Saturday. My wife went in and asked for her. She was with another customer and never looked up from her customer to acknowledge my wife. Minutes go by , finally my wife asked for her shoes. She is handed her shoes like she’s in an outlet store. No measuring of feet, no sit and fit, just handed the box . I get commission sales but this leaves my wife totally unattended because the other salesperson did not help her either, even though they did not have a customer. Finally my wife says the person who took her call says “ oh you came in to pick up your shoes” and continues with her customer. Never did she say” I’ll be right with you”, or “do you need anything?” She wasn’t even thanked for her purchase by her salesperson who took her call as designated on her receipt. Staff needs to be able to wait on more than one person at a time and acknowledge ALL customers, and this did not happen. The cashier did sign her up for loyalty but after this experience we will order directly from Finn. My wife has not had a new pair of Finn’s in a few years, she assumed she is still the same size, since she was not assisted, we will have to hope she purchased the right size.

So, the lady was very nice that helped me, and it pains me to say anything negative, however, there were issues with my visit. First i will say that it’s really cool they have a machine that will scan your feet and show exactly your problem areas. However, to get the inserts (mind you these are only inserts and does not include shoes) it will be around $400. Now, granted they are special shoes inserts that are custom made to your special needs for your feet. You can also use them in any shoes according to the sales associate. Aside from that, the actual shoes they have in stores are limited. Mostly new balance and sizes are limited also. She measured my feet and let me say…my first two jobs i worked at shoe stores and know all about sizing feet and proper fitting. So my big toe hit at 7.5 on the left and 8 on the right. Now you need to have at least a half inch space in the length so your toes aren’t hitting the tip of the shoes with every step. She asked what size i normally wear and i said 8.5 to a 9 depending on the make/ brand. So, she pulls out a pair of 7.5’s and of course they were too small. That whole convo was annoying because its like someone isn’t even listening and now wasting my time. But again, she was nice but still i also wasted about twenty minutes while her and the other girl searched for the foot measure. I just couldn’t wait to actually get out of there to be honest.

Happy Feet took the needed time to fit me with the correct shoes. I found several pairs that I can wear with my orthotics. I finally can wear decent looking shoes and not tennis shoes

A very good place to buy comfortable shoes. Carol was specialist that measure, scanned and analyzed my feet and made recommendations. Once I tried on the shoes, they were comfortable the very first time. There was a good selection of shoes and styles to chose from which also made my decision easy. I will be definitely return for additional shoes. Thanks Carol!!

I could not live without my Kenkoh flip flops. Always get them here. My sales person Carol was GREAT! So helpful, nice, and friendly. Such a pleasure shopping at a store where the staff is so knowledgeable and good at what they do.

The sales associate spent a lot of time with me. I was impressed then I noticed her name tag said District Manager. She was setting a great example for her staff! Your inserts have been making my feet "HAPPY" for five years now. Thank you!
