Very disappointed! We chose Hadinger Flooring because of the great selection of high quality products from which to choose. We mistakenly assumed that they had quality installers to complete the job.
The initial set of installers did not take the pattern repeat of the carpet into account. The result was one of the worst seams that we have ever witnessed. The fix-it crew was sent out and proceeded to take the one seam that was bad and turn it into 3. They did not bring a new piece of carpet long enough to patch in so they cut a short piece into two sections.
We stopped the installer before he had a chance to begin and told him that this would not be acceptable. He told us that it would be fine because one of the seams would be hidden under the bed. We then called the shop and spoke with our salesman Kenny who assured us that these guys knew what they were doing and that we should just let them work their magic.
When the magic was complete…the long seam (now 2 separate seams) was in fact barely noticeable because the pattern repeat was taken into account. The middle seam between the two pieces is awful! Yes, it is currently hidden under the bed. We now have no option of ever rearranging our furniture in the future.
As with all things, the quality of the job you end up with is totally dependent on how well the product is installed. Unfortunately, we did not get a quality job from Hadinger Flooring.

I am very pleased with Hadinger Flooring service in helping me select the vinyl flooring that totally transformed my home. Their installers were very professional, meticulous, and hard working to meet my expectations. Hadinger was a pleasant experience from the sales department to the installation people. I am completely amazed how my flooring has changed my home for the better. Very thrilled with everything!

Selected new carpet for the guest room and a made to size area rug. Sales person, Kenny, was helpful but not pushy. Both the area rug and the guest room carpet look great. The installers were professional and knowledgeable. They measured both my table and the rug to make sure it was centered!!!

This was my 4 rd trip to Haddinger to buy flooring. This time was for my front lanai. Kenny Davis was my salesperson and consultant. He helped me pick out the gorgeous tile that was nonslip and appropriate for my outdoor lanai. They installed it and it looks great. I want to thank Kenny so much for all of the help and great service he gave me.
