If I could give them -10 I would for lying to me and scamming me. Something was draining my battery and asked him to diagnostic it to find out. He told me nothing is draining my battery and that the battery was bad and I needed a new battery.
As I was leaving an employee who I'm friends with told me his boss lied and they did nothing but charge my battery. Got a new battery at pep boys and next day the new battery was dead. Went back to pep boys, they did a diagnostic repair which showed the starter was bad and draining battery. So I paid $279.00 for a new battery that I didn't need to begin with. I WANT MY $127.00 back that you scammed me out of.
THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF. ILL REMOVE THIS REVIEW WHEN YOU REFUND MY MONEY.

Have taken two vehicles there in the past and was completely satisfied with their service. I recommended them frequently and was advised of those people were also quite satisfied.

Wish I could go back in time and find ANYWHERE else but here .
We had to find an attorney to help fight for us to get our insurance claim money back .
This shop not only did not fix our problem, but created a new problem multiple times I had to bring the car back now I have to go to my new shop and it’s going to be almost the amount that my insurance paid out originally to have the damages fixed . Really sucks because my car flooded and I put trust into this shop now I am out my insurance money with a broken car Square one. We have already contacted the Better Business Bureau

Bill and his staff are wonderful. I've used this company several times and not only do they do great work, but Bill is fair, helpful and accommodating. I am on a fixed income and retired, and he has been more than helpful about working with me on fair prices. Everyone there is very friendly and courteous. I've referred several of my friends to them. You will be in good hands with these guys.

While I was in Florida I lost the life of my daughter I had to bring her car back to Indiana these people were nice enough to get me in even though they had other things to do and get my vehicle finished in a couple hours so I could come back home and be with my family is it a good repair job and the price I thought was more than fair

So far, getting my vehicle in to have the oil pan replaced, have been very fast. Other places I called were a week plus out, an not reasonably priced.Updated: got vehicle when told it would be done, for the price I was told, an the work is great. I would have missed out on this blessing, had I went off the negative reviews. To each their own tho. Thanks to everyone involved with Gulf Coast Auto Repair!!

bill, your guys use to do great work. but now its just average. any mechanic could do, cheaper. maybe you should retire. heres the story. brought my vehical in for a tune up, wires, plugs and to replace valve cover gaskets. i knew there was a egr code. i dont live in califorina. who cares. well. after 4 months and $10,000.00 for work that i didnt need or want. bill just takes it on himself to replace stuff that you really dont need. forget the work order. he just does what he thinks is good for you, not what you actually wanted. after i got my vehical back i notices a p0420 bank 1 code from the computer. and there was a 1/4 inch play in the steering. was dangerous. bill how could your mechanic, after test driving said it was "good to go." i checked the paper work from bill. sure enough he replaced all 4 o2 sensors. the bank 1 sensor was giving the error code, AFTER HE REPLACED IT. i didnt ask you to replace the o2 sensors. why were they replaced? bill said i needed a new computer. so one was ordered. and new keys that had to be taken to a lock smith to be programed. i tried my old keys, after i got home. they worked just fine. again something that i didnt need. did i actually get a new computer? he doesnt show you the parts that was replaced. you just have to take his word for it. after this im not sure i would take his word for something. bill do you need money that bad that you would take advanage of your hard working customers? i think you just wanted to run the cost up. i could write a complete story. but the most important part is...do yourself a favor. DONT go to Gulf Coast Auto Repair. if you do, please bring lube, it will making the screwing you get a little easy. never again bill. you lost a good customer. ill never be able to recommend you again.Services: Steering & suspension repair

I left my car with them 10 days ago for a diagnosis because the service engine light came on, they kept it there for 8 days and they could never give me a real diagnosis or an estimate of the repair, they only put the scanner once and they did not do any more work on it, that is not a real troubleshot, that is why they never knew what they had to repair and how much the price would be, after going several times and calling others to find out about my car, yesterday I decided to pick it up at the Same condition I left it in. If someone wants to waste time in a workshop and not repair their vehicle, I think it is the best place to waste time, there is full of incompetent, irresponsible and disrespectful people, my recommendation is never to go to this place.

Bill and his crew are great. Very upfront and accurate on what is needed, and they know their stuff. They will let you know what is needed, how much and recommend (NOT PUSH!) other issues you may want to think about. They will actually talk TO you and make sure you understand. My husband trusted Bill with his baby, his '81 Vette and knew she was in good hands. Thanks for a great experience, we're satisfied customers and will be back.
