I have NEVER received such a horrifying haircut. The right side of my head was not even cut and I have a shaved head in back, How this is a Pixie I will never understand. The stylist was annoyed with "life" even before I sat down. I am in tears and paying an actual HAIRDRESSER to fix this catastrophe Worst experience of my life. If you hate your job CHANGE IT! No one I know will allow this lady to butcher their hair I guarantee it. HAPPY SATURDAY TO ME :(

Not a very good experience. The beautician didn't seem very enthusiastic 1st of all. It seemed like she had checked out and gone home already. Also I felt uncomfortable w/her being somewhat of a larger person, and constantly pushing into me to get close enough to reach, to cut my hair. 2nd, she made it a production w/body language when I would ask for something to be touched up or fixed. I walked out looking for my bowl of soup to go w/the butcher job I just recieved. Gonna be tough to go back there again
