I get a great cut every time. I’ve been using the same stylist for many years. I’m able to request my stylist when I sign in online. The app is very helpful with knowing how busy the saloon is.

Great Clips needs to count their days... I have a barber back home and haven't been able to find a barber here quite yet. Went in here for a quick cut and it was just that. As soon as I say down, someone else walked in and the guy said, "Give me about 15 minutes." He took exactly 15 minutes on my hair. He had no idea what a hard part was. Couldn't fade the sides. Then he used the clippers to trim my bangs! Never had the before in a barbershop. Thankfully, I'm going home for Christmas and I'm hoping my barber back there can try to get me right. This is the last time I ever go to a "Great" Clips or Sports Clips.
