I had high hopes for this sublimation projection, but Shari and the other team have really let me down. Shari reviewed my artwork and details I sent via email while on the phone with me. She gave me good insight and suggestions for the artwork I was providing. After sending Adobe Illustrator files that were to size, font, and color of my choice, I did not hear back for a while. Initially upon my first contact with Shari I did not hear back from her for two weeks. After I reached out to check on the shirts, she informed me they were indeed already done. I went to pick them up during business hours however was rushed out of the store because they were closing for the day. After inspecting the shirts, the artwork I sent for names came back completely different: over an inch in height, black rather than blue, and in a basic font. After speaking with the team and Shari, it was not explained why no one contacted me about issues before the shirts went to print. I am confused why such an error occurred because Shari seemed so knowledgeable about Adobe Illustrator, how could this issue not have been resolved in the first place? Trying to find a resolution with Shari is difficult. There has been no apology, poor communication, and no substantial offer to redo the shirts at an equitable price. I feel that this is a scheme. After reading other reviews discussing the same thing happening to someone else, I fear this business negligently and intentionally misprints orders so they may have you as a repeat customer to get the job done correctly, a second time.

I’ve used this company in the past and the lady I worked with (whom seemed to be the owner) was helpful. However, this time was like a complete 360. I called and as soon as she answered the phone it was rude. I asked about getting two polo shirts made by the end of the week with a logo on the front with the name below and was told she couldn’t help me because it wasn’t embroidery. I stated I sent in my logo to the email before and this wasn’t an issue. I was then cut off and asked “Who am I”? Excuse me, who are you with your unprofessional attitude. Needless to say, I decided to work with another company and I would suggest you do the same. The price is good, but you clearly get what you pay for. They hardly ever answer the phone and you have to hunt them down on FB to get a response. Save yourself the time.

I went in to talk to Sherri about getting some custom shirts made that need to be printed from a DTG machine and I was told it would be done in 7 days, 2 weeks later I called and was told they were not doing my order because Sherri was on vacation for 2 weeks, here I am over a month later and still no word. I called and was rudely told they were waiting for parts for the printer and that my order still wasn't done. When I asked how long they said they don't know so I asked if I needed to go somewhere else and they said that's not what they said but yes to go somewhere else and then hung up on me and refuse to take my calls. Sherri has also ignored all my emails since the first day. I do not recommend them as they are very rude and completely unhelpful in all ways.

Terrible business. Terrible customer service. Treated me like a piece of s*** Constantly lied about when I would receive my shirts, was extremely nonchalant, made negative and offensive comments towards me, would mess up the prints on my shirts and just replace them with a different material of HER choice and the list goes on. DO NOT take anything to her you will regret it.

If I can leave ONE star, I will! I have been in business with this owner for a few months now, and almost every encounter has been unprofessional. If you run a BUSINESS, please do not use this company. I was told countless of times that my shirts would have been available at certain dates, and they were never completed by the date that was agreed upon both parties. This last instance is the last straw. I was told that I would receive my products on a Tuesday (having in mind that I will be in need of them for that weekend), I gave the company the shirts that I purchased for them to use, TWO weeks prior. The following Thursday, I walk in and I am told my shirts are still in the same spot... no sense of urgency at all. I was told myself that if a bigger order (more $$$$) was to come in, she would have to assist them first. Because of the rule she has, my order keeps getting pushed back further and further. There has been times I have received my order and the printing wasn't accurate, or she used a different material to print my order on . As if, I don't have my own customers and business. If she doesn't care about her customers, she wont care about yours! Please do not go to her.

I picked up run for the arts shirts here. The shirts are good quality. The shop has so many custom designs. I bought a tie dyed tank top and t shirt while i was there. The shirts had a retro Volkswagen van with fort myers written on them. Nice quality n great design and only cost $10.00.

Grand Illusion Creative Resources is an amazing company!! Every time I go in with an idea of what I want embroidered....Shari, is always there to help me make it happen, and have it turn out a million times better than the idea that I started out with. she is amazing at what she does. She's definitely one of the most talented, artistic person I have ever met. Her work ethic is incredible and I am so glad a friend of mine shared the incredible reference with me about this amazing company. I plan on referring everyone I know so they can be just as amazed and grateful I am to have a knowledgeable and professional company by their side whenever they need them!!! keep up the great work!!!!
