Yesterday I bought several things in this store, among the things I bought was a pair of sports shoes, the cashier commented how nice they looked, when I got home I didn't put the shopping bag down, When checking the shopping bag today to Washing what I bought, I couldn't find the shoes, I immediately called the store and reported what happened. The person who helped me was kind, but even though I gave the complete description of the shoes they told me that they couldn't find them and that there was nothing that had been reported as forgotten. Very sad, I don't know what happened here.

AMAZING! I have been shopping Goodwills for twenty years . Most managers want customers to spend money.
There is a woman named Tina, long salt and pepper hair, a "B" from somewhere else
This woman claims my cart wa sitting tooooo long. I had $250 worth of items. The cart was sitting by itself no longer than ten minutes. This woman named TINA emptied it! All she did was scold me. No APOLOGIES . NEVER in my life have I been treated so rudely by a person. She obviously doesn't like her job. She obviously doesn't care if this store makes money. Time to reshuffle. Nobody will miss Tina. She rude to everyone, even her coworkers.

Found some great items today EXCEPT, I bought brand new sheets from here and there is some type of staining on them. They are brand new, from whatever brand of linen they sell that comes in a pack.

We came to drop off two boxes of brand new clothing, board games, and wall decor. The staff at this location was so unfriendly and rude, that had Second Act been open, I would have donated our items there as we usually do. I was reminded today why I never donate or visit Goodwill. Shame on your staff.I highly recommend Second Act if anyone is looking for a donation center that is staffed with kind, friendly individuals. We will not be returning to Goodwill.

My name is Alma Feliz, you can look up my phone number, I have been a customer since the store opened, in 2019, I live next to you and I go shopping twice a week, but I haven't been in a month for health reasons. . Today I went and the girl who was there treated me like a common criminal, that's how I felt. Normally, I don't measure clothes, because I buy to send and sell in my country, but sometimes today I bought girls' clothes and for me three pieces (dresses), when I approached the dressing room, the girl yelled at me that they were going to close and it was just 6:30 today, Monday, he told me that he could only measure 6 pieces, and that's clear to me, but his manner was strange, I was very angry and even though I don't speak the language, I'm not ignorant either, I understood your doubts. I want you to review your security cameras and tell me, when in all my visits you have seen something inappropriate, I always buy and pay, honoring my dignity. Please, you must talk to him. Young girl and teach her that to treat human beings, never, in a past they had made me feel so bad, she spoke to me through her cell phone translator and told me that they stole a lot there and I didn't understand why she repeated it. I need you to review, especially my visit today, please

I was dropping donations off at this goodwill and id give customer service 0 stars. Whoever was working came out at 8 mins saying "we close in 5 mins" and i said "i have a few bags it won't take long" and was done within 2 mins. And she gave us a nasty look for no reason.I will not be donating or coming to this goodwill again. Ive never expired this from goodwill before and ive been donating for over 10 years.

This Goodwill was huge, excellently organized, and overall just a great shopping experience. They had a good selection of used stuff as well as new items. Definitely recommend.
