It took them 3 trips to finally get my dish washer hooked up then it will not work we have called the office they told us someone would come out to finish the install last week because it was not done right well no one showed up now we have another appointment next week they said the manager made a mistake putting in the service call

Just got off the phone with Kevin at Good Deals, such a quick, easy and efficient transaction. I needed a new washing machine for a rental unit. We discussed models, prices and paid within 15 minutes. I love this type of service. I will use Kevin again.

Bought an entire kitchen of Whirlpool Appliances from this store in early 2021. Purchased the extended repair package they offered for service within 5 years. Refrigerator stopped working and a repair person came out on Sept 6. He said he needed parts. Today is Sept. 15 and since that time all we have heard is that the repair needs to be “approved” by somebody in some company somewhere, because it’s an expensive repair (like we have any control on what breaks). In the meantime, we were told we should go get dry ice and put it in the refrigerator! We don’t get calls all week, we wait every day. We have to try and call the repair place, the store manager, only to get the runaround when we finally reach someone. Every day! Food has spoiled, we have been so inconvenienced and we get nowhere fast. No one cares! Supposedly that mystery approval person may have paperwork on my case as of last Friday. I’ve never gone through this in my life and I have owned many appliances. Beware!

We neeeded a stackable washer/drier pair. Our salesman was Jason Toprani, and he couldn't have been nicer. He found us exactly what we wanted at a great price, and I don't think the entire transaction took more than 30 minutes. He explained everything about the warranty and who to contact if we needed help. Altogether a great experience!

We had another great experience purchasing appliances at the Good Deals store in Naples. Jason Toprani provided excellent customer service answering all our questions and concerns about replacing our washer and dryer. Though it was the holiday weekend, our appliances arrived in a timely manner. The installers also were efficient. No need to comparison shop when Good Deals offers quality merchandise and superb customer service.

Absolutely nothing here is a good deal. All prices where higher than Home Depot and Lowe’s.
Update 2024:
As you see the store doesn’t dispute that their prices are higher than most everywhere else. Their whole scam is hoping people don’t realize they have higher prices.
