Genos's probably the best discounted pharmacy which I actually go out of my way to!... For the most part, they're usually very friendly & helpful.** FYI: They "DO NOT DELIVER" they will mail to you via USPS, which can take up to 4-5 days! So, you'd need to make your appt's earlier!✌️??

I witness the pharmacist name, Kelsi, apparently through a black African-American woman that called a couple days ago she told that she had no time for her own patient- the pharmacist laugh and hung up on the black women the women called back with a witness two hours wanting her Prozac and OCD medication’s to be clarified with the pharmacist states that she doesn’t have time for her, so when I asked to speak to someone higher, she says there is no one higher. I’m the only one in charge. And states See me when you see me . I don’t know if that was the threat but I have it all on video and we will get this around the world and she is also a nurse I’m sure her team will too Genoa goes against their own policy.

Genoa Healthcare has been my go to pharmacy for specific medications that are for mental health, all the staff here is extremely friendly and very quick, very patient, and I appreciate every single one of them, the lady with the brunette hair with the big brown eyes is also such a sweet woman, and she's fantastic at her job, she also is very patient, and has helped me so much, special thanks to her, you will know who she is, she's beautiful! But to remain professional, she goes above and beyond, thank you once again Genoa Pharmacy!

If you call in ahead of time for meds (day before for me) they will have your meds ready or tell you if there is a problem. Delivery is free and fast if you can't get transportation. Very helpful and caring. They helped me get one of my extremely expensive medicine for free via outside foundation and was very attentive about it.

I have to say for prices and services this is a great pharmacy! You might have to wait a little while but if you call ahead your meds are ready when you arrive. I understand they have a lot of patients getting prescriptions through them so plan ahead and you won’t have to wait very simple!! I think their great and I don’t mind picking up my meds but they also deliver them!!! They handle the COVID issue professionally and I appreciate them staying open for us!!Thanks Genoa pharmacySue Monteiro

I don't think I've ever had a positive experience here I always end up having to wait in the waiting room for at least 30 minutes even if I leave and come back the next day. The only good thing is their prices.

Good place for discounted meds service can be slow and they are not very attentive to details and make a Lot of little mistakes.
