I took my vehicle to Galeana Kia for service this time because it is much closer to where I live. It was Saturday, yet everyone was very friendly and cheerful. The only thing I didn't agree with was their policy that if you use a credit card for payment, an additional 3% is added to your bill. I don't carry much cash, but I did have my debit card with me by chance, that day, and avoided the additional fee. I did not have this issue at Airport Kia.

I made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced at 8:15am on Saturday morning. I called to check on the vehicle at 10:30am and could not get through to anyone, had to leave a message and requested a call back. By 12:30pm I had heard nothing so I called again to be told they "think they were just starting to look at my vehicle," 4 hours after the appointment time I made. I made the appointment first thing in the morning so I could use my vehicle later in the day. The technician didn't seem too concerned, said he didn't know, he was just trying to get all of the people who stay with their vehicles out first. I have been servicing my vehicle here since the day I bought it in 2020. Because of the downward direction in the quality of service I will no longer be taking my vehicle there. Additionally, I have been quite dissatisfied with the Telluride performance in general and do NOT recommend this vehicle make and model to others. It has had issues with the software for the display screen since the very first day I bought it, I have also attempted to have this fixed by Kia but was told they do not offer that service (then who does?) Poor quality experience all around.
UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW:
It is now 1:30pm and I just received a call from the person in charge today to let me know they actually did NOTHING to my vehicle and they are asking if they can hold onto it until Tuesday, 3 days from now so that they might have the time to get around to looking at it. DO NOT USE GALEANA KIA FOR ANY VEHICLE PURCHASES OR SERVICE APPOINTMENTS! The service is absolute trash. I will also add the fact that I made the last payment on my vehicle’s 4 year loan in July and now that it is August, the check engine light has come on (was the issue I scheduled the vehicle maintenance for to begin with). Isn’t that ironic?

Hands-down easiest car purchase I’ve ever experienced. I searched all over the state of Florida for what I was looking for in the right color with the right features at the right price. Matt Hubert and the rest of the team at Galeana Kia worked tirelessly to meet all my needs and surprised me in the end with quite a few extra niceties ? I’ve been a Kia owner for over 25 years and have worked with many Kia dealerships and this one was worth the drive for me. It was so nice being treated valuable again which sadly is a dying art in sales. Galena Kia has restored my faith in the car buying business. I know this review sounds corny but anyone who has tried to buy a new car in the last 5yrs will know exactly what I’m talking about. Class act Matt Hubert and thank you Galeana Kia!!

Apt time was 9am. Christopher checked me in on time for a recall on my vehicle. I was greeted with a happy disposition, lead to the waiting area, where there was free coffee, tea, water and snackies. 3 television with news, entertainment, and car maintenance shows. Free wifi, clean restrooms. Was out the door in 40 mins. No complaints.

Galeana Kia was excellent during the sell and closing process. When we asked for more details on pricing, we were provided a complete detail on pricing, discounts, promotions and lease details. Met my price and drove away with a beautiful EV and a great lease.

I am beyond furious. I guess if you need sales to buy a new car, they treat you well. I bought my new Telluride a year ago in Massachusetts where the service is impeccable. We dropped our car off last night for service early this am. We have called several times only to be on hold for up to 45 minutes. And no one returns a voicemail. Everyone told us to go to Kia in Naples but we went to Fort Myers. Absolutely appalled at the lack of communication with a first time customer. Can only imagine the quality of the service when we cannot get any answers or anyone to answer a phone. When I called and tried sales they answered right away. I would not recommend anyone to go here for service.
