2/28 $170.96 FRAUDwas withdrawn from my acct. I didn't even know Ihad an acct isurance, where are the CARDS WHERE ID policy.To Mr. Fred Trelli and Management of Fort Myers FL branch.I have been a customer with Geico wherever I lived NY. PA. and now Ford Myers FL.Port St Lucie I am now 75 years old so that was many years.Today was the worst experience ever. I called the office in fort myers. I was transferred 6 times to 6 different people all who didn't know what they were doing. And I had to tell my story to everyone of them.x1. Not sure of her name she was definitely Spanish which is illvelant to me, unless there accent is so strong it's not understandable. I asked to be transferred to another person gave my apologies and told her the truth I could not understand her accent.2 transferred to Carianna whose Spanish accent was stronger. I then asked for a supervisor.3 transferred to Spade who claim she was a supervisor I told her all I wanted was to get a policy quote she didn't understand. So she said she would transfer me to a sales person4. She transferred me to a service dept I didn't know that, so I told my story again. I spoke to Spade she said she would transfer me once again to sales dept.5. spoke to Tinika who didn't understand all I wanted was a quote which I did 2 weeks ago because my daughter was checking other insurance company. I insisted on Geico (wrong move). Tinika was nasty rude and simply wouldn't listening or given me a chance to speak.She had the wrong car, wrong information and kept insisting she was right.I ask to speak to a supervisor no she wouldn't allow me to she said she could help me...I said now your the 5th person lm speaking to and your insisting on talking and not allowing me to speak when u are all wrong.I asked her for the 3rd time I want to speak to a supervisor.She then said she would note it and a supervisor will call me in 24 to 48 hrs.Mr Trelli, what have you done to Geico.I'm a 75 yr old woman and my husband is a disabled veteran.Is this how any business should run? Goal is to frustrate clients and ultimately lose clientsIt never was like this for the past 30 years. At the fort myers office Jeanette was a blessing clearly know why she is no longer there.Please correct these problems and take necessary action to train or write them up as a warning.I worked for major international law firms in Manhattan if a client was treated as I was by 6 people they would all be fired.My name is Joanna ManciniMy daughter purchased me a leased car 2024 from Toyota in Naples the lease was solely in her name as a gift to her mother.None of these reps knew what I was talking about. The most disrespectful and clearly puts no value on listening to a new customer ..a narcissistic behavior.She needs to be looked into as a dangerous employee.In addition on 12/2 I got a quote instantly by a kind woman gave me a quote in 10 mins. My daughter wanted to stick with progressive I disagreed I finallywon her over and I called Geico fort myers office immediately.I welcome your feedbackJoanna Mancini

LESSONED LEARNED. Listen to these NEGATIVE reviews. SAVE YOURSELF BEING RIPPED OFF..THIS IS THE PLACE YOU NEED TO STAY AWAY!! Especially named " YAKEMY VALDESPINO "Jackie "The biggest LIAR. She will lie to you to get you signed up, dont disclose right information. But before i sign for policy she calling me 2x everyday to see if Im ready to sign up. when I found out my premium increased, Shes TOO BUSY wont even have the decency to return your call and explain.I can totally agree with these people that gave NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I should have listened to them. After just a month, just raised my premium over $1300. When I called EVERYONE WAS SO BUSY TO TALK TO ME. WAITED DAYS NO ONE CALLED TO explain these charges! Everyone was too busy for you after you done your policy/ Business with them.If you like Geico, Go to different office or agent and NOT THIS ONE, these people have NO integrity. I called Naples office, they were able to assist me right on the spot. But still end up canceling because their just too expensive and none of these were disclose to me by STUPID JACKIE . Or just raised my premium. WHO KNOWS. Same thing happen to the other review guyIF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW I WOULD.. DONT EVER DO business with them, You are better off somewhere else..

Obnoxious to no end i asked for a quote for a new home i was buying in august of 2022 all of the sudden in July of 2023 they decide it is time to come after me with a zillion questions etc etc ...a year later ? I tell them i cant change since i have an open claim with IAN ....no problem yet the text, phone calls and emails continue ...ask them to stop ...nope they continue .....thats ok they will NEVER get my business now, Tiffany is one big PIA

I am shocked have been with Geico 11 years just moved to FL from New Jersey I bought a used 2010 car and they want triple of what jersey charges it's baffling um 58 clean driving record never had a claim and get this Geico wants me to pay like 5800.00 a year for full coverage can't afford this it's more then a car payment

If you are looking for car insurance, this is great insurance. Boat insurance is a joke. Not worth the Headache. Danielle is rude and unprofessional. You have to fight for money for repairs.

Do not use this company geico should put more energy into customers than commercials... they raise rates doesn't matter if your driving record good ... if you het in accident n it's not your fault don't matter they will drop you... they will screw you over in a heart beat and say they can't help you.... PAY ATTENTION MORE TO YOUR CUSTOMER INSTEAD OF THE DUMB GEICO LIZARD BECAUSE NEITHER OF YALL ARE HELPFUL ! One of the worse car insurance companies do not use them
