The floral bouquet that was delivered to me on Thursday was the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received! The flowers were so plentiful and fresh. On Easter Sunday we had dinner guests who also raved about how beautiful they were. Your florists totally outdid themselves!

I live in Nashville, TN and googled a florist in Fort Myers. I was so Happy that I picked the Flower House! I ordered on line based on the pictures. Their website was easy to use and the flowers were delivered in a short time after I ordered. They looked just like the picture on line and the price was perfect. I highly recommend them!

I was looking for an arrangement for my dog groomer and I found the most adorable Santa Paws arrangement that looks just like my puppy. My dog groomer said it was the most beautiful arrangement she has ever seen. Thank you so much for sending what was promised.

received an online ordered flower surprise from my children but was not what paid. it was too late, missing a lily which was extra paid, very unlovely made pot, seems to be an "old, existing" one from their business, which could not been sold for a long time! very disappointing

Should change their hours and description they didn’t answer the phone so I drove there and they have a sign that says call Cape Coral location this one is only available by appointment because of this is using someone else

Ordered an arrangement of roses for our 32nd anniversary to be delivered to my wife’s job! Flowers were never delivered! They were taken to the address and the driver took a picture and put them back in the van and left. Ruin the surprise for my wife. Worst experience ever! And a 230.00 cost and it wasn’t made right. Totally wasn’t apologetic about the fact of ruining the day,upon calling the next day to report flowers weren’t delivered and was told by Kaitlyn that the delivery driver was very dependent. But would do whatever to make it right, never heard back from them. Worst Flower Shop experience ever! Would Never recommend them for ANYTHING OR TO ANYONE

I am so impressed by Fort Myers Flower House. I live out of state and a friend of mine was having a miscarriage. I looked all over online trying to find someone who could deliver something to her the same day. The woman I spoke to on the phone was so understanding and helped me even though I could tell that they were very busy. The flowers were seriously so beautiful. Thank you!!
