5 ⭐ service from the initial call just inquiring about 3rd row SUV's. Very nice! The BEST part was being able to send all my information for acceptance with the loan application process. EVERYTHING was completed before arriving, I arrived test drove, signed papers && was OUT! Very CLEAN && QUICK! MY RECOMMENDATION TO EVERYONE!

At first was all good but end up being one of the worse decisions I've made in my life far as leasing a car the car does not turn adequately ac doesn't work tried to contact them several times no answer guess I will have to file within the courts thanks ft myers auto mall

I bought a 99 dodge caravan in 2021. I was very nervous buying from a buy here pay here but I needed a vehicle and they came with great reviews so I decided to go with them. Since, they’ve been nothing but helpful, understanding and cooperative. I ended up moving back to North Carolina and the greatest downside of doing so is knowing I’ll no longer have access to Fort Myers Auto Mall. I wish there was a company as understanding and helpful as them in NC. Being a young adult and buying an older vehicle, the odds are against me for 0 car break downs. One thing I know for sure is; they will 100% work with you and give you unbeatable prices for mechanical repairs. This is not your ordinary car dealership. I’ve left feeling like family. If you’re buying a car, especially for a first time buyer, I 100% recommend them.
