I love shopping here at Forema in Gulf Coast! The prices are a little on the pricey side but the clothing quality is great and I’ll keep shopping here! Mia was such a great help! I wanted advise and ideas on what to wear for my date and she helped me pick out the best(: She is a great worker I appreciate her <3

Honestly great little boutique, I have been shopping there since I was a freshmen and have referred many of my friends for brunch and party dresses. But I recently bought two dresses for my friends sign night to try and match a theme. I tried them on Tuesday and put them on hold and bought both the next day. The night of the party I just ended up wearing a black dress. When I called two days later to ask about returning them the girl said "unfortunately we only offer store credit" (at checkout they don't tell you that, they only say "you have 10 days to make an exchange or return"). When I go in to return my items WITH THE TAGS STILL ON. She accused me of re-sewing part of the dress where it ties under bra area, almost like a shoe lace. First, its wasn't even possible for the dress to rip or tear in a spot like that. Second, I shouldn't have bought the dress with makeup and pulls on it because the girl who tried it on before me got makeup up all over it and then the sales girl put it right in my room along with four other dresses to try. At the end of the day they showed pour customer service skills and it sucks to be wrongly accused. Not to mention the girl who sold me the dress and put it in my dressing room witnessed me trying to return it and said nothing.

You seriously need to open your Ft. Myers location since your others have one nb ed. I now have 5 items I need to change and obviously I'll only get credit since I couldn't try them on there. EVERY OTHER STORE HAD OPENED AT GULF COST TOWN CENTER...OPEN UP THE STORE WILL YOU! TIRED OF ORDERING ONLINE TO HAVE TO KEEP ORFERING AND THEN HOPEFULLY GETTING MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I DONT LIKE THAT MANY THINGS TO USE UP MY CREDIT!! THIS IS BEYOND REDICULOUS!

This is my favorite place to shop! They do an AMAZING job staffing their boutique with the sweetest and most helpful employees. They are attentive and kind. The clothes are very cute too and they always have a little section of accessories. I have been shopping here for years and will continue to be a loyal patron.

I would caution anyone who decides to shop here. I last shopped at the WP store for a dress for a party I was going to. I felt extremely pressured by the sales girl to buy a $60 dress I probably could've gotten at H&M for much less. I regretted the purchase immediately. The sales girl (who turned out to be the new manager) told me I could bring it back within 10 days and trailed off. I brought it back a week later only to find out I could only get a “store credit†which was a paper tag with a sticker on it that means I not only have to come back to the store, but I have to keep a paper tag until I return. The product was pushed on me and completely misrepresented. A cautionary tale to say the least.
