Rich was the gentleman that worked with us at Florida Leather Gallery. We were there on a holiday weekend and Rich was working with 4 couples simultaneously and never did he make us feel abandoned. He constantly rotated between us, grabbing samples and checking stock. It was a great experience and made us feel assured about making a large purchase!

Knew what I wanted, salesman was patient & ordered my sofa. Unfortunately it is 12-16 wk wait for the sofa to come…I’ll try to be patient! Great experience so far. Only giving 4 stars since sofa is not at my house yet.

The guy in the store was very nice and knowledgeable. I bought the leather recliner, but after much thought decided to change the color. Went back and got that done.

My leather specialist was Rich Kieran and he was fantastic. He gave me all the time I needed to decide between 4 different Stressless leather chairs, answering all my questions and putting up with me trying out the chairs. Slowly I narrowed my selection down to one and bought just the chair for me. I highly recommend this store for fine leather furniture. Carl

I was in the Fort Myers store yesterday and worked with Jim. He was so great! I was not exactly sure what I needed for this little area in my home and he was so patient, knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely be back to see him.

I visited the Fort Myers furniture store with my husband, and unfortunately, our experience with the manager, Jim, was quite disappointing. While we were discussing a couch with another customer, Jim interrupted us abruptly, accusing us of bombarding his customer. Despite the store having beautiful furniture, Jim's rudeness left a lasting negative impression. I would advise against shopping at this location and specifically recommend avoiding any dealings with Jim.

Ryan was appropriately attentive, but not overbearing. Totally accessible, but gave us time and privacy. He showed us a wide range of styles and explained the flexibility of the sectional sets. He physically showed us individual piece functionality, as well as numerous sample colors and textures.He gave us lead times, source locations, and out the door pricing.We are very happy with our purchase, and exceptionally pleased with Ryan’s effective professionalism.Roger and Jennifer D.
