MASSIVE SCAM! I was told when I was purchasing new textbooks I had a $100 plus the charge for a book I bought over the summer and was told if I brought the book back I’ll get the $100 charge back, just tried to return the book in question and they said since I own it I can’t get the money back from the book, and was charged twice for the book and a $100 fine, and the person in charge was extremely rude and argumentative

Very nice experience and they have very good selection of FGCU merchandise for students and the general public. They can be a bit pricey, but it’s worth it. Very nice staff and well organized.

Excellent. The staff is professional, helpful, and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. It helps to have supporting evidence as FGCU's B&N computer system does not migrate/exchange data efficiently with the online order system.

Front clerks are very very informative not just with merchandise but with many about campus life, the schools and books which to someone new there is life saving

They charge 135.00 for a golf shirt that can be found anywhere else for 50-75.00. Nobody at FGCU will buy these. Get real Barnes and Noble
