Very nice experience and they have very good selection of FGCU merchandise for students and the general public. They can be a bit pricey, but it’s worth it. Very nice staff and well organized.

Excellent. The staff is professional, helpful, and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. It helps to have supporting evidence as FGCU's B&N computer system does not migrate/exchange data efficiently with the online order system.
